Why has Austin Aries returned? What are his goals? The outspoken top level wrestler has been uncharacteristically quiet thus far. Aries has been training extensively with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir in Las Vegas.

•Heads are rolling within the MLW production division. The boss Court Bauer wants to know how CONTRA Unit’s propaganda keeps popping up during broadcasts. However, is something more nefarious at play? Has CONTRA infiltrated MLW’s operations?

•Camera operator Charlie Bruzzese is recovering at home after nearly being hit in the face with a fireball. In the closing minutes of this week’s MLW FUSION, Bruzzese was covering the locker room attack by CONTRA when Josef Samael launched an explosive object towards the cameraman. The fireball hit the camera which Bruzzese used to shield his face from the attack. While luckily avoiding the same fate as Rey Feníx, Bruzzese wouldn’t escape unscathed with CONTRA pummeling the beloved cameraman in the wake of their destruction in Milwaukee.

League officials are adding more security to ensure the safety of the staff and athletes. The league has allowed the Lawlor-Fatu title match to continue under protest, citing the champion’s demand to make the match.
