Georgie: I wish you had found out about the Dream Reunion 2 earlier, as most of the "BOYS" got ripped off and the cops had to be called because Rob Reeder locked himself in a office and would not come out....the arena is holding his ring and belts for payment ...it was not pretty... Jayson....
I feel terrible that stuff like this still goes on. I'm just glad that Jim Cornette didn't show up, as he would have give Rob Reeder a good old fashioned beating. And now I am also glad my friend Dr. Death didn't get his plane ticket.
What I MUST comment on, is that all the wrestlers were true professionals, most of them knowing they weren't getting paid, or half pay, still treated the fans with great respect. They could have all said, F it, and gone on their way.
I have one question for Mrs. Reeder, how can you and your husband sleep at night?? One thing is for sure, I will NEVER plug anything you run, EVER again. I was right, but I wish I was wrong. Because what happened last night SUCKS in plain English.

Then Rob asked me to help set up chairs and such which I didn't do. The show comes on. The crowd was okay. It seemed he could have booked a way smaller venue, at a cheaper cost, but Rob thinks the business is a shoot and he is really Vince McMahon. I wrestle the First match, Myself and Josie vs Shark Boy and Shark girl. Hot opener. We were discussing with Amanda as to who was going over and she looks at me and says, "well you went over last time, so shark boy and shark girl can go over" Let me state this, I did not go over last time, I've lost every time I have wrestled Shark Boy., but we had already had a conversation and of course we were going to put them over. They had merch. to sell we didn't. The thought of not doing the job had never crossed my mind, but the fact that she would say that to me just seems insane. Anyway the match was good. Now this is when the stuff goes down. Prior to the show Marty Jannety and Rob have an argument to where Marty wants his money up front. They get into this big fight Rob takes the high road saying he would never steal from anyone or not pay anyone. Marty gets half his money. Well everyone says marty is a prick for doing this, but he caught wind from some of the guys that got paid early that there wasn't going to be enough money to go around. So he wanted to make sure he got his.
The night ends and Rob locks himself in a room with a bunch of police officers outside of it. Of course at this point we all know we aren't getting paid. He stiffs a bunch of people and half pays some. Tommy Rich who drove from Atlanta and brought his grandson with him on a little vacation gets stiffed. Hotel rooms were reserved and supposed to be paid for by Rob, they didn't get paid. No rental cars, no nothing. The guy has no clue how to run a show. Let me tell you, you have the envelopes filled before the show and you keep everything off the gate.
I talk to the lady that runs the building. and the true story comes out. Last year Rob claimed that someone stole the money and the kid that stole it was in jail. This kid that allegedly stole the money calls me every month to see if I will be in his corner for his MMA fights. I also see him at Hooters when I go there to watch pay per views. Rob basically ripped the building off but claimed that it was stolen so he wouldn't have to pay the building. Well he tried that again this year only the people from the building wanted their money and marched into his office and demanded the money. He paid them instead of conning them out of the money so there wasn't enough money for the boys. I talked to lady again and she said off the gate Rob made a litle over 16,000 dollars. Anyway I didn't get paid Rosie got half his money, Shark Boy got shorted, Tommy Rich got stiffed, Daffney got half her money. All the girls didn't get paid, all the local guys didn't get paid. Let me stress how important it is to pay the local guys because when you run a show again, which hopefully he never does, but I'm sure he will, the "Superstars" aren't going to come in every show. The local guys will so its important to take care of him. Not only that, you have to pay for the building but without the wrestlers there is no show. It's just an empty ring and an empty building. You need the talent.
This next part is the most upsetting, Travis Southern and Troy Miller sold their own personal merchandise and Rob took that money. He stole it! He's an EFFING thief. He paid other wrestlers with what they sold.
I talked with Amanda at the end of the night and she said she would pay me, well I called Rob left him a message, sent him a text and sent him a message on Myspace. I told him to send me my money so we can be square. Of course he hasn't responded. He probably never will. I also will be selling two wireless microphones if anyone needs them. Rob had himself locked in this room and then ran out the back and left t he building. He had a police officer watching over his belts because he knew someone was going to steal them because he knew he wasn't going to pay anyone. All in all a horrible night.
Let me state this to all the workers. Do not work for this guy. Don't say you will never work for him again and then the next time he runs because your hard up for work take the booking. I know he will issue some statement how the building ####ed him over, becaue he already tried to blame it on him. Have enough respect for yourself and do not work for him. Hes a con artist a horrible promoter, an even worse manager and he rips people off. Half his main roster consists of back yarders like Tony Duke and Kid Dynamite anyway.
Amanda's argument to me was, that she has always taken care of me to which I stated they always took care of me after the show. She told me numerous times she was going to send me my money, so I will post and let you know, if she does. Also another problem is they booked people like One Warrior Nation, this guy was never the ultimate warrior. He has a tattoo of the warrior on his arm, which means that he was a huge warrior mark that took it one step further and became a warrior rip off. His work rate wasn't even on par with the warriors work rate which is sad. Kamala Jr. was some short fat black guy that put paint on. He said he needed to get paid and told me that the actual Kamala denied even knowing him. This guy only worked a battle royal and said he was supposed to get paid several hundred dollars and was being a complete dick saying he did this for a living. He didn't even work a match, I almost slapped the horrible face paint right off him.
Anyway to sum it up, Rob Reeder and Amanda Reeder are crooks. Amanda tried to give me some speech about how she has no money to get to work. She works an hour away, she has no food. Let me be honest, I don't care. We all have problems, don't run a show if you can't pay people. You are the money people its your job to make money or lose money. If you had made 20,000 you wouldn't be saying that stuff.
All in all a horrible night. I had a great match was really on with my timing and selling. Too bad I didn't get paid. If Dirty Don DeMarko wants you to work, don't do it. He will rip you off. I would like to note that if he does send me my money I will post it on here and take this one down. That's all I really want, is paid. So ROB send me my money.

Let me say that it was no surprise that this happen. Rob is just like the guy in Indy a couple years ago Bobby Rice. Neither one have any idea of how to run a wrestling show let alone a convention. The y both are marks who have lost their asses a couple times. Rice and Rob that they were gonna make a bunch of money but in the end the truth comes out 2 dumbasses who need to go as far away from wrestling as they can. Rob, Tommy Rich is my friend and you are a low down egg sucking ##### who I wish Tommy would kicked brains for stiffing him and his family. Get the #### from before you do get Rob and maybe you and Rice can open up a lemonade stand you fat piece of ####. #### You.

You may be absolutely right, but when I saw the cops, the fans, the press, the civic center personell, and the wrestlers getting in someones face, it was HER face. I didn't see the guy ANYWHERE. Now, does that make anyone any better or worse? No. However, I know who stuck around to take the heat. I saw it.
As for anyone being gulliable, well, I suppose anything is possible, but the bridge in THIS town with that guy just got burnt one too many times. Sponsors? Not again. False name or not. ANYONE that wants to do a promotion in this town has better plan to PAY UP FRONT or be an AMAZING con artist.
By the way is the W.C.W.A. incorporated? If not...the law suits will be interesting. I'd suspect some bankruptcies may be in order.

Well, no matter how this goes down there will be "speculation" on many peoples parts, and I'm not sure will ever hear the real, 100% legit side of things, but...
A few (that word may be generous) things didn't go as planned.
First off not all of the talent showed...to be expected. Jim Coronet was noticably absent.
There was never a "drawing" to see who would escort two of the performers, athletes, wrestlers, to the ring as stated.
There seemed to be quite a bit of discussion about the "momentum" which several of us believed was suppose to be a momento, and what it was suppose to be.
If there WAS a MYSTERY GUEST...it's still a mystery.
Then it got...interesting.
The announcer let's us all know that the last act we saw had been the Final match/main event. This wasn't stated before the match started, but okay. However, there were still a handful of matches that hadn't been seen yet. Notably, Knobbs of the Nasty Boys and The Orient Express.
So, the program SEEMS to be cut short.
Fans seemed angry. I heard several fans SAY they were upset, angry, and of course some cursing about HOW upset they were.
Then I, and several other people notice that the side door of the convention center has a TON of people in the hallway. After heading that way the rumors start. Now keep in mind that this is all "urban legend", rumors, hear say, and what not. Truthfully I heard or saw most of what occurred, but in all fairness I may have seen one thing, and it was really something else...an optical illusion.
What I saw was a lot of pissed off performers who hadn't been paid, one promoter left (saying ducked out and ran might be close, others will surely disagree), and a BUNCH of cops (the bunch of cops is 100% dead on truth. I counted at least six separate officers of the law on hand.
Wrestlers were FUMING (not literally), but these were some very upset people who had not been paid (who was not paid, who was paid, blah blah blah, I'm not sure), but I know for a fact that a few people were not paid what they were led to believe they would be paid, or at least they believed they were entitled to more than they had received. I did hear one wrestler asking for payment in the way of trade with my own ears, so that is not hear say (except as soon as you repeat it, well then it is).
The civic center has not receieved all of its payment yet, and they have had (with the police knowing it) held onto the RING itself, and several other pieces (including the belts).
It was an interesting night.
All of that written here, not everyone is at fault. I'm sure that their are a lot of good people in the organization, and there were certainly people sticking around to take the heat. Just not THE guy that should have been there.

Shark Boy and Girl put on a wonderful match, The Genius mixed it up with some locals and a local, Sabre, took the best bump of the night bar none (and that includes the LEGENDS) on the concrete floor with NO, ZERO,Zilch for padding. The Rock N Roll Express and the Midnight Express was great, Daphne (sorry if that's a misspelling) stole the show when she was a "valet". Overall some very good action. The local guys really stood up and got noticed for awesome skills and work. Big thumbs up to you guys!
