……

Maria was a little late and there was definitely no personalization's. When you got up there you handed your magazines to a guy in a suit and he would toss them on the table to WWE Joe Villa, who was next to Maria the whole signing, he would pass them to her.

The table was on a platform so she was above everyone, so there was  no way you were getting a photo with her. Once you got your stuff signed, if you stood by the escalator you were told to move. Very small space and if you stood there you would block it.

I wanted to write to you and confirm exactly what the Maria signing in
Times Square was like.

I'm photo #2 on WWE.com's photos from the signing.
The event was extremely organized to being with, until we went
inside and Maria actually showed up.  She was 10-12 minutes late, which
you have to expect when going to these signings.  A man who worked for
Virgin, slightly overweight and older with gray hair, came around and
said we would get post it notes to write a name down if we wanted our
magazine personally autographed.  The post its came around later, and I
put my name on.  After Maria showed up, it was another 15-20 minutes
until she actually started signing.  She posed for maybe 3 minutes, and
then spent the rest of the time taking photos with executives from what
I could tell.  They were all men in suits who left the before she even
started signing.  So that wasted time already, and she was only supposed
to sign until 2pm.  So I got upfront, and handed the overweight older
man my magazine.  He ripped off the post it, threw it on the floor and
said sorry.  My father was in line behind me, and he took my father's
magazine as well and put the both of them on the table.  While Maria was
signing my magazine, I turned towards my father who had my camera to
snap a picture.  As soon as I turned around, the overweight man who
everyone online has been calling the asshole, told me there was no
posing and shoved my father.  He actually shoved my father.  My father
managed to get a shot off, which was blocked by another man at the
table.  Before I could say anything to anyone, I was being told by an
angry young man who also worked for Virgin that I needed to get on the
escalator immediately.  I tried to tell him what had happened, but he
just kept yelling at me to get out of the area.  My father and I left
with quite a bad taste in our mouths as far as the Virgin Megastore was
concerned.  I've contacted someone from Virgin, but haven't heard back
yet.  Maria was very nice, and I'm sure she had no idea what was going
on.  Just thought I'd chime in with my experience.
