Clearwater-- Ond day after the Hogan family announced they had retained the services of lawyer Barry Cohen, George Tragos announced that he would be representing the mother and family of John Graziano, who was injured in a crash with Nick Hogan.

22-year-old John Graziano was a passenger in Nick Hogan's car when they crashed in Clearwater on August 26.  Hogan was not seriously injured, but Graziano has been in the hospital since the accident.

Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
