Randy was so nice……

I arrived at the Six Flags KY Kingdom at about 12:15PM  It took me
awhile to find the Paramarx Arena where I would be seeing Randy Orton
fight Ken Doane at the OVW Show.  I was told the Arena was behind the T2
Roller Coaster.  I found the Arena, and saw this gal and her friends (
turns out they were her sisters and mom) with a Randy shirt on , so I
followed them.   We formed a line, and were told by a worker we were in
the wrong spot and went to the correct sport and we formed a line. This
was about 12:30pm.  We also befriended a guy named James.

While we were waiting, some of the OVW wrestlers came out.  I
unfortunately did not have anything for them to sign.  The only thing I
brought with me was my Randy Orton sign and a photo of Randy that I
took.  However, I did get to meet a few of the wrestlers, got to shake
their hands....I met Matt Cappottelli, Mr. Ken Anderson,  Aaron "the
Idol" Stevens,  Alexis Laree,  Nick Nemeth, and Danny Inferno.

Also, I got to meet Tonya from the Randy-Orton.com Forum while I was
waiting in line.   James told me about OVW's club membership and one of
the perks was that when they have their Six Flags shows, members and a
guest can attend an autogaph session with one of the major guests that
come. James had already asked one of the gals who was on the line with
me to go since she has never met Randy.  However, he told me he was
going to do what he could to get me into the session. After all I wasn't
a member.

Anyway, at 6:30 pm, they open the doors and let the disabled people go
in first, and then let the rest of us go in. It is first come , first
serve, so I grab a seat in the second row and put my sign there. James
tells me to go to this area where the guard is and wait.  I meet up with
him, and he is waiting for his friend , Ryan.  Ryan shows up and I stand
next to him.

This guy comes up and gives us tickets for the signing.  We wait till
about 7:10, and then the signing starts.  I was very excited to meet
him.  I go up to him and give him my photo for him to sign, and I go "Hi
Randy."  "How are you"  He goes. "Good"   I go,  "I'm Terri.  I'm the
gal who gave you cufflinks for Christmas."   He goes , " I wore them a
few times." I go, "You did?" He goes, "I still have them. "  "They had
Rs on them" , "THey were in a little brown box."  "Peoria" (He
remembered where I gave them to him!!!).   I go , "Yep"  I then ask if I
could kiss him, he put out his cheek and I kissed and hugged him.  That
was it.  I went back to my chair.  He was SO  nice.

As for the show, here are the results:

Here are the results:

Battle Royal with the last two standing facing the OVW Tag Team
Champions

Match was so-so with everyone from Elijah to Danny Inferno in the match.

Winners:  Seth Skyfire and Wrestler (?)  I couldn't catch his name

OVW Tag Team Championship: The Tolands w/ Jillian Hall (C)vs Seth
Skyfire and Wrestler (?)

Not a bad match.  I noticed Jillian sporting a bandage on her left
cheek.

Winners: The Tolands

Woman's Match: Beth Phoenix w/ Aaron the Idol Stevens vs Alexis Laree

Aaron "The Idol" STevens gets ejected for interfering in the match.  I
was very impressed with Laree.  Pretty decent match by both women.

Winner: Beth Phoenix

Number one contender's Match: Matt Cappotelli vs Mr. Ken Anderson

I was a little disappointed with this match.  Way , way too much
stalling by Anderson in this match.  There were quite a bit of comedy
spots. Cappotelli's partner Johnny Jeter shows up to try to help out as
well, but to no avail.

Winner: Mr. Ken Anderson

RKO Challenge: Randy Orton vs Ken Doane

I am going to come out and say it. The ending to this match sucked!
Randy Orton should have squashed this Doane kid like a bug.  Orton gets
great offense in, then rams his just surgically repaired left shoulder
into the post, and Doane hones in on that left shoulder/arm like a Great
White Shark goes after a seal.  Orton makes some kind of come back ,
then there is interference by Doane's manager and valet, and then what
happens? Doane hits Randy Orton with his manager's briefcase with the
weakest shot I have ever heard, and gets DQ'd by the ref.   This match
was supposed to be an RKO challenge.   Orton himself , looked great, and
did very well in the match. However, I just hated the ending.

Winner: Randy Orton via DQ

OVW Heavyweight Title: Brent Abright (C) vs Daniel Puder

This was an ok match. Short.  Puder tapped out.  This then turned into a
bunch of run ins by the Tolands, Mr. Ken Anderson, Johnny Jeter, Matt
Cappottelli.  Randy Orton then comes out to help....then Ken Doane
starts beating on Randy.  Finally, Randy makes a come back and gives Ken
Doane the RKO.  Randy and the othe babyfaces celebrate and that is the
end of the show.

Winner:  Brent Albright.

After the show, Randy went around and shook hands with the people in the front row.  I got to shake his hand and he winked at me.  :)
