More letters added. They keep coming, now one from Missy Hyatt..

At first I wasn't going to dignify an answer to the ravings of Jason, but thought it needs my reply.  I am not getting involved with anything I don't know about, but what I do know, I will comment.  Then it will be over.  Because this is totally stupid, I don't need to be playing these games.

I also want to state I received other emails from other promoters of Conventions who wanted to comment on the latest happenings, and I did not post them.  I'm not interested in hearing from other promoters bad mouthing other conventions, to me that is just so boring.

The only reason I am posting this one is because it was posted on another site first, and my name is involved.

The way your letter reads, it appears to me that Scott Epstein, in your opinion, was responsible for just about everything that happened there, you had nothing to do with it.  As you stated I wasn't there, but my opinions came from my loyal readers who were there and all pissed off and called or wrote to me about their problems.

As a matter of fact, it is now two months later and I just received another email on the 24th from a Sean Carlucci who still hasn't received his refund for his Jesse combo.  And another one Graham Milano who said he was ripped off.  I also know some of your fans got substitute photo's they didn't want or ask for, instead of getting what they ordered.  I could go on and on, but now is not the time for that.

Here is part of Jason's letter:

I never issued 40 free general admission tickets and 3 vip tickets for Georgie of wrestlingfigs to post. Georgie never had Turnbuckle’s consent to post any free giveaways. I did not email wrestlingfigs to pull it down as I did not want any other emails bashing the show and fans wondering why Turnbuckle had wrestlingfigs remove a giveaway. Scott told me Georgie had over 300 people emailed her for the giveaway. Georgie is only nitpicking me when she wasn’t even at the show.

I had 10 cases of cold water and I have photos of talent having water. “Georgie, I hired Mother Kelly's for a reason. Food and Beverage was available all day”

DIRECT FROM GEORGIES SITE (LINK PROVIDED)-
"Make sure you have enough people to handle all the EXTRA work that is involved. Such as making sure the wrestlers are picked up on time, getting them to the Hotel, getting them back and forth to the event, etc. I don't think people realize all the work that is involved. When it's hot, just bringing the wrestlers bottles of cold water, is a nice thing to do"

Jason, you and I corresponded back and forth about the giveaway, unfortunately, I have deleted my August emails.  But if you remember CORRECTLY you even asked me to send the winners names to YOU and not Scott, so you can put their names on the envelopes, which I agreed.  Now you are saying it wasn't ok to have the giveaway???????  That I totally don't understand! ! !

All you had to do was write me, as you often did, and say Georgie, I don't want this giveaway.

Jason did you even read the above link you quoted.  I was talking about FUTURE conventions, not yours.  And what good is it to have hundreds of boxes of Polaroid film, and very few people to be at the table of each talent to take the pictures and take their money.  You saw all the letters I posted, I'm sure you read every one of them.
Many had fun and made the best of it, but others were bitching because they paid, and other fans were getting things for FREE because there was no one in charge to take money.  Again that must be someone else's fault, not YOURS.

Jason, you also stated in your letter:
Since the show, Scott was involved with Signmania in Pennsylvania

Now I know you will believe once again, I am defending Scott.  But in the above statement, I must speak out.

Scott had no intentions of going to that show at all.  I called him for a favor.  I asked him if he could please do me a favor and take our two photographers Eric Rosen and Bob to Signamania, since neither one of them drove, and I wanted professional photo's for our site.  And he graciously said yes.
Once he was there, he was mingling, and was asked to help with the Polaroid's, which I can understand someone thinking he was working the show.  But it was just Scott helping out.  He did not get paid, and was just doing a favor, once again.

Jason, I could go on and on, but it would be useless, and this is all so unnecessary.

Jason, when you own a company especially when your name is the only name on the legal documents, you are ultimately responsible for all aspects of the operations.  So whether or not Scott's actions were in the best interest of your company, it was your responsibility to monitor everything and make the final decisions.
In trying to pass the blame on to him you have shed even further doubt of the stability of your company.  I wish you all the best in your future endeavors but I will not be able to endorse or support future conventions that your company promotes until you display stability in your events.

PS   By the way, how come there was no amount shown on your check to the Hospital.  I'm just curious?
