Among the fans were TNA Knockout Roxxi Laveaux, former WWE Developmental talent Tomasso, and current ECW wrestler Kofi Kingston.
Match 1)
"The Rocket" Fred Curry, Jr. & Chase Del Monte over The Awesomes (Matt Spectro & Ryan Matthews) in a Tag Team Championship "tournament" matches.

WWW Champion Lexxus pinned Sammi Lane
Promo with D.C. Dillinger, Eddie Edwards and Sean Gorman. D.C. claims Bobby Fish and Alex Arion are not in attendance this evening. An Alex Arion look-a-like (Ryan Matthews wearing a wig with a ponytail and shoe polish on his face to depict Arion's facial hair) comes out and mocks Alex. After some silly banter between D.C. and the Fake Alex, the real Alex Arion comes out to crash the party. Alex chases Sabotage off and then beats up the Fake Alex.
Video promo with Bobby Fish and NECW President Sheldon Goldberg. Bobby pretty much demands a match with Eddie Edwards for tonight's show.

Promo with D.C. Dillinger, Eddie Edwards and Sean Gorman. D.C. claims Bobby Fish and Alex Arion are not in attendance this evening. "The Toxic Waltz" event is the 4th match. Ten wrestlers are involved in this event. Two randomly-picked wrestlers start out the match. The loser of the fall chooses the next opponent for the winner. I will describe each match as match A, B, C, and so on.
A. (Former WWE and TNA Star) "The Promise" Antonio Thomas pinned Jason Blade by hooking the tights.
B. "The Human Nightmare" Evan Siks defeated Antonio Thomas by DQ when Antonio would not release a “Dragon Sleeper” when Siks held the rope.
C. Evan Siks over “The Awesomely Cool” Dave Cole (with Brian Cairo) after hitting a top rope DDT.
D. Siks continued in the Toxic Waltz by defeating Michael Sain by DQ. During the match, Michael looked towards the ceiling and began to hear voices in his head. Michael leaves the ring, goes to the locker room, and comes back with a chair. Michael hears more voices coming from "Up Above" and hits Evan with the chair...leaving him laying flat in the ring.
E. "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards (with Sean Gorman) pinned Siks...immediately after Sain left the ring.

-- Bobby Fish then runs out and attacks Eddie immediately. It took quite some time for several wrestlers, the referees, and NECW officials to break up the free for all.
F. "The Golden Greek" Alex Arion pinned Edwards. Eddie Edwards’ partner, D.C. Dillinger, immediately runs out and beats up Alex.
G. D.C. Dillinger (with Sean Gorman & Eddie Edwards) pinned Arion...despite blatant double-teaming by D.C. and Eddie right in front of the referee. The referee did nothing to break up Sabotage's cheating ways.
