New allegations surface in Nick Bollea crash case

TAMPA -- You can see Linda, Brook and Nick Bollea in a video shot on Valentines Day by the New York Post. The Bolleas -- outside the Haley VA hospital, are carrying gifts, and Nick even has a card -- all for John Graziano.

Attorneys for the marine's family say that little stunt, as they call it, has shut the door on their visits.

"Who would call the press if they really cared about somebody and they came on Valentines Day” says George Tragos, who represents John’s mother, “It was ridiculous it was such a show how it was planned.”

Not so says the attorney for Nick Bollea.

He declined a request for an on camera interview but says "The Bollea family has been visiting John for the last seven or eight months and there's been no PR about it whatsoever."

23-year old John has been unconscious since he was involved in this horrific crash last summer with Nick Bollea at the wheel the Graziano family attorneys say the cost of John's care is "astronomical" and a civil lawsuit against the Bolleas is imminent.

But with the bitter divorce between Linda and her husband Terry "Hulk Hogan" Bollea heating up, Graziano family attorneys say a large settlement in their lawsuit could be affected. Especially since they intend to hold Nick and both his parents responsible for john's condition.

"Absolutely it'll split assets everyone knows in Florida," says Kim Kohn, who represents Graziano’s dad, “even though Nick's almost 18 the fact that there's a potential child support or lump sum alimony it will absolutely have an impact on their financial net worth."

But a lawyer for the Bolleas says the Graziano family hasn't even filed a civil lawsuit nor has there been any sort of case in front of a jury -- he says at this point they're "jumping the gun”.
