SPECIAL GAME RELEASE ON JULY 8 WILL BE
TRIBUTE TO WRESTLER ILIO DIPAOLO
Former professional wrestler Ilio DiPaolo will be honored with a Limited Edition playing card in Filsinger Games Legends of Wrestling game. The card release will take place on Friday, July 8 at Ilio DiPaolo's Restaurant and Ringside Lounge in Blasdell, New York.
Festivities will kick off at with dinner at 7:00, followed by the unveiling of the Ilio DiPaolo playing card. Special guests, like the legendary Destroyer, will be on hand, along with game creator, Tom Filsinger. Vintage wrestling videos of DiPaolo in action will also be showing.
Filsinger Games released their Legends of Wrestling game in 2002. The cards and dice game pays tribute to the history of professional wrestling. Four game editions have been produced including Legends Vintage, which will be released on July 9 at GalactiCon 2005 in Jamestown, New York. GalactiCon is an annual game convention for wrestling and game fans. The event at Ilio DiPaolo's will kick off the GalactiCon weekend.
Ilio DiPaolo's is located at 3785 South Park Avenue in Blasdell, New York, conveniently off Interstate 90 near Buffalo. Wrestling memorabilia line the walls of the restaurant and lounge. Everyone is invited to attend.
