On Friday night December 6th the wrestling world will be celebrating the great career of a true class act, Nikki Roxx.  Nikki Roxx laces up her wrestling boots one last time at the Elks Hall in Clinton, MA with Lucky Pro Wrestling.  A great storybook career that started at Killer Kowalski's wrestling school in Malden, MA has come to its final chapter as Nikki Roxx goes to continue and focus on her fitness career and her company.

Nikki Roxx started her career wrestling in the Boston area in March of 2002, with the help of her friend and “Killer Babes” tag team partner April Hunter, she was able to compete for many New England based independent wrestling companies.  Roxx wrestled for Northeast Wrestling, Shimmer Wrestling, Women’s Extreme Wrestling, New England Championship Wrestling, Chaotic Wrestling and many others.  She had many matches with Sara Del Rey (now a WWE trainer), Talia Madison (now known as Velvet Sky), Angel Williams (now known as Angelina Love), Natalia, and Ariel.  She would hold many regional titles, including the first World’s Women Wrestling (WWW) Championship.

In 2004 she traveled to Mexico to wrestle for CMLL (World Wrestling Council in English).  During her time in CMLL Nikki would wrestle in first blood matches, Hair vs. Mask matches, Hair vs. Hair matches and many more Lucha Libra style matches.

At the July 2007 TNA’s Victory Road Nikki Roxx debuted as “the Voodoo Queen” Roxxi with the New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn & Road Dogg) and she would mainly be their manger till the end of 2007 when TNA started their version of a women’s division, the TNA Knockouts.  At the 2007 Bound for Glory Roxxi competed in the Battle Royal to crown the first Knockout’s Champion; which was won by Gail Kim.

Nikki would wrestle the top females in TNA; Gail Kim, ODB, Jackie Moore and Traci Brooks, however starting in 2008 Roxxi would enter a feud with the Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Angelina Love).  They would have a number of singles matches or Nikki would have a tag partner.  The feud lead into the Queen of the Cage at the Lockdown 2008 pay-per-view where she was able to defeat Angelina Love with the Voodoo Drop in the 6 sides of steel.

Roxx would compete in a Ladder Match with Gail Kim and the loser would have her head shaved.  During the match Nikki got a large gut above her eye and it lead to her losing the match and her head was shaved after the match.  All the Knockouts and fans praised her for competing with the cut and she became one of the top fan favorites in TNA.

The new look lead to a new attitude from Nikki.  The amount of heart and drive to win, and the way she gave it her all in every match, she was given the name “Hardcore Knockout”.  The punk look, change of match style, and her new “colorful” language seemed to fit the Hardcore Knockout.  She would have many rough matches with Awesome Kong, ODB, and Moose. Nikki would team up with Taylor Wilde and long time friend Daffney against the trio of the Beautiful People.

Nikki would leave TNA and would wrestle in the New York area where she would defeat Tammy “Sunny” Sytch for the WSU Championship and then compete in Mexico with Konnan’s AAA.

Nikki would return to TNA Impact for a few shows in 2010-2011.

Nikki Roxx returned to her home area of Boston to compete but she moved to the Florida area to focus on her fitness company, BonRoxx Fitness, and to wrestle for Shine wrestling.  In Shine she was able to wrestle many of her long time rivals, like Angelina Love and Awesome Kong, many of the future ladies of wrestling and spend time with Daffney, who was her manger on and off.

Sadly Nikki Roxx had at first quietly announced she was retiring after she was asked to appear as the hostess of Lucky Pro Wrestling’s Lucky Lottery.  But soon after it was announced that Friday night December 6th would be here final live wrestling event.  Nikki Roxx is returning home to the Boston area, where her career started, to start the next chapter of her life.

Nikki Roxx will be doing a special fan meet and greet starting at 6:30pm for Toys for Tots. Fans can bring a new & unwrapped toy for either a boy or girl or a donation of $10 to be able to get an autograph and a photo with your own camera.

Lucky Pro Wrestling is truly honored to be the host of this special night for her.  This is a night for fans, friends, family, and the wrestlers she spends a lot of time with to say good-bye to her.
