ALERT - This is not wrestling related, but I get press releases from Pitney Bowes, and the postage rates are going up on May 12, 2008.  It will become an annual increase by the way.
So I suggest if anyone does bulk mailing, get yourself a couple of hundred FOREVER STAMPS.  Here is the link to see the increases.
A better suggestion is when an event comes around like a Birthday, Anniversary or Holiday send a musical e-mail card it's cheaper...    LOL....

Georgie,
  I am not surprised that Joey has been removed as the ECW commentator and replaced with the former host of American Gladiators. I am currently watching a "diva dance-off" complete with light show and a seemingly disinterested audience. This is not ECW. If it were ECW, there would be chaos and WRESTLING. I miss the old ECW shows, as they were great to attend live and watch on MSG. The first mistake WWE did with ECW was to put it in a big arena with a large crowd and stage setup. I wish the WWE kept ECW in the smaller theaters and civic centers as opposed to what they did with it. At least we can still see many of the former top ECW stars on the indy circuit and other smaller promotions.

Hey Georgie   I heard they took Joey off ECW to put him on WWE.com?
That's such bs. 1st off the replacement for him that American Gladiators guy don't know a thing bout wrestling and he could never eeevvvvvver fill Joey's shoes. Second, what is Joey styles gonna do for wwe.com?  There is nothing for him there. He is an ECW original.  We need him back at the booth next to Taz.  Maybe Joey should leave the WWE so the hardcore home coming can return?   Please post my feelings on your site.

If you can stand one more comment on the whole Joey Styles/Mike Adamle switch....

Did anyone else catch Adamle call his new broadcast colleague THE TAZZ right before pitching to the Divas Danceoff?  Horrendous, if you ask me.

Sal sent me the following:  Brian sent the following...  I went to the Mets game last night and picked up the Mets Yearbook, and it says in the final years at Shea Stadium from The 1970s-June 25th 1976-Bruno Sammartino defeats Stan "The Lariat" Hansen for the WWF Title, and Andre the Giant beats Chuck Wepner in a "Wrestler vs. Boxer" match. And from the 1980s from Shea Stadium it says August 9th 1980-Bruno Sammartino defeats Larry Zbyszko in WWF Steel Cage match before 36,295.  Just thought it was pretty interesting.
