The Union of Independent Professional Wrestlers presents REIGN OF TERROR this Saturday night, July 7th 2012 at Royal Canadian Legion Hall No.10 (1083 Pape Avenue at O'Connor Drive) in Toronto. Tickets are $20 each and are on sale now at the Silver Snail Comic Shop (367 Queen St West) and $tretch Thrift Store (974 Pape Ave) as well as at the Legion Hall and online at our website: www.WrestlersUnion.ca.
The Wrestlers Union was contacted this week by Mr. Melo, manager of the Union Tag Team champions Ethan Page and Joey Kings, that Kings would NOT be at Reign Of Terror. Melo assured The Union that the titles would still be defended on July 7th and that "Ethan Page has got it all covered, bro!" Unconvinced, Union Boss Anthony Kingdom James told Melo that if he does not approve of this mystery solution, he will immediately strip Page and Kings of the tag titles and sanction a new match to fill the vacancy.

The fundraising campaign for "Kingdom", the feature-length documentary film about Anthony Kingdom James and The Union of Independent Professional Wrestlers' WRESTLESTOCK event is only a week old but is closing in on the 50% completion point. Fans can check out the first trailer for the movie and make pledges to help support the film's editing process. A series of incentive packages has been put together for contributors that include tickets to The Union's September event, Union t-shirts, DVD sets of both the documentary and the WrestleStock event, tickets to the film's premiere screening and even a chance to have your "First Day of Training as a Pro Wrestler".

Management from SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES and the NCW Femmes Fatales promotion in Montreal have come to an agreement to bring a SHIMMER Tag Team Title match to Canadian soil!
The SHIMMER Tag Team Championship was defended outside of the United States for the first time earlier this year when Ayako Hamada & Ayumi Kurihara put the titles on the line in a match against Hiroyo Matsumoto & Misaki Ohata in Japan. NCW Femmes Fatales will now become the first Canadian promotion to host a SHIMMER championship bout.
This Saturday, July 7th, NCW Femmes Fatales IX will take place in Montreal. Featured on the card is a bout between former SHIMMER Tag Team Champions "The Canadian Ninjas" Portia Perez & Nicole Matthews and NCW Femmes Fatales talents Sweet Cherrie & Cherry Bomb. The winners of that tag team match this Saturday will earn a SHIMMER Tag Team Title shot in the future, scheduled for November 3rd.

SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES returns to the Berwyn Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL on Saturday & Sunday, October 27th & 28th, 2012. Volumes 49-52 of the SHIMMER series will be filmed during the course of that weekend. Bell time on Saturday, October 27th is 2pm. Bell time on Sunday, October 28th is 1pm. The events are suitable for all ages.
Front row seating is already sold out for the entire weekend. General admission seating is still available at a cost of $30 per full day of taping (two full length DVDs worth of live matches). Use the PayPal buttons at http://www.shimmerwrestling.com/ to secure your seats. Alternately, you may purchase tickets by money order. E-mail [email protected] for mail order instructions.
