I received very good news today, that my friend and bodybuilder, Harold Poole will be released from the hospital in Florida in about two weeks. That is very good news for all of his fans who have been very worried about him. I will be calling Harold at the hospital, to let him know everyone was asking for him.

Brad McFarlin reminded me of a special anniversary for us. The death of our beloved "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers. RIP June 26, 1992.
