Lots of news today, including wedding congratulations…

First, I would like to apologize once again for the lack of my personal updates.  I got the flu again, and feel terrible.  Next year, flu shot for sure.

I would like to send my thoughts and prayers to my dear friend Afa and his family.  Afa is currently in Las Vegas to be with his sister, Elevera Fatu, who is the mother of Umaga and Rikishi.  She is battling cancer.  I would ask that everyone keep the family in your prayers.

I need help from you guys.  If you hear of a Jesse Ventura book signing in your area, please let me know about it.  I have listed a few more today.

Candice Michelle has injured her shoulder again on Raw last night.  Here is the video on WWE.com of Michelle favoring her arm, if you didn't see it. 
WWE trainers say scar tissue over the old injury was potentially separated during Candice's match. Candice was in visible pain and discomfort after the match, and WWE.com spoke to an obviously upset Diva after she was evaluated.  Injured or not, Michelle vows she will be at WrestleMania.

According to NBC.com, WWE star the Big Show is scheduled to appear on Friday's episode of Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

Congratulations to Amy Lee and Wolfgang von Heller on their impending wedding on April 5th at Union Hall in Philadelphia, PA.

Hulk Hogan has signed on to star in the movie Kung Fu U 3-D, according to PWInsider.com. The movie will be produced by Stereo Vision Entertainment, Inc., a company that focuses on the production of low-budget 3-D films. The tentative release date for the film is Spring 2009.

An update on Bruno Sammartino's documentary.  I just received word today that one of the producers Sandro's father passed away yesterday after suffering a stroke two weeks ago.  So it will delay the trip to CA.  Production will resume after a few weeks.  But I now know it will not be ready for this years May 17th deadline.  I would like to send my condolences to Sandro and his family.
 
Another reminder:  Bruno Sammartino will appearing in the opera Aida in Pittsburgh, PA.
