The National Wrestling Alliance debuts in Ridgefield Park, N.J. on June 13, 2008 at The Knights of Columbus
The NWA, America’s longest running and most famous pro wrestling companies, comes to Ridgefield Park NJ. The show will be a TV taping for Time Warner cable in the Bergen county area. Featured on the show will be former 4 time world champion Sid Vicious. The 6 ft 10 inch 300 pounder is known as the man who rules the world. Sid, who debuted for the NWA in Rhode Island to a sell out crowd of 2000 fans, is leaving a trail of bodies on his quest for the NWA Championship. Also just signed for this big event is the return of New Jersey of former WWE, WCW & ECW Superstar “The Roughneck” Mr. Hughes. Hughes. The former bodyguard of Y2J Chris Jericho, has been seen in the area in quite some time and fans may not recognize him as Hughes is in the best physical condition of his life. Also signed for the event is a non-sanctioned, No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere, No Time Limit Lights Out Match for the NWA Pro East Championship as defending champion Judas Young puts his title on the line again against a man who I has become his most feared challenger and that is the mastodon known as FRANCIZ!!!
