Raven will be facing CW Anderson defending his VCW heavyweight title.  The VCW is Vanguard Championship Wrestling.  The event will be on October 3, 2009 in Suffolk Va. at the Kings Fork Recreation Center.  The Bell Time will be 7:30 PM.  People can go to VCW-wrestling.com to find out further information.  Raven and CW Anderson will be doing autographs at the event as well, either before the show, or intermission.
The last time that VCW was in Suffolk there was almost a riot like the old days.  It was a lot of fun and this promotion is on fire right now.

Last night in Niagara Falls, NY, former WWE/ECW/WCW/TNA superstar, Johnny Swinger ("Johnny Parisi"), made his return to the Buffalo, NY area as part of Buffalo Championship Wrestling's "Hostile Homecoming" event, which was well-received by the fans in attendance at Cruiser's Night Club. Attached here is a video teaser of his match against "Big League" John McChesney (whom he defeated in the main event of the night), which will be airing on a forthcoming edition of Pier 6 Wrestling's "Shakedown TV."

 The ECWA has announced the participants for the 12th Super 8 Tournament, which takes place at the Greater Newark Boys & Girls Club in Newark, Delaware on October 10th.

The participants are:
