As announced to the National Pro Wrestling locker-room on Saturday night, December 1st in Dunellen, New Jersey, effective January 1, 2013, all contracts and buildings promoted by New Jersey-based National Pro Wrestling and all other companies promoted by Joe Panzarino, will be turned over to Funkdafied Wrestling Federation. The reasons behind this are many and people will draw their own conclusions, however, going forward, starting with the January 19 show in Stirling New Jersey, all shows will be promoted exclusively through FwF. We already have shows booked for January and February including

January 25 Manvillle NJ

January 26 Brick NJ

February 8 Wilmington DE

February 9 Keyport NJ

Joe, aka Dapper Johnny Falco, will no longer be involved in the company, either in the booking, promotion, building set ups, talent contact or any other of the day to day operations as this is in the capable hands of the FwF.

Rip Hawk's Obituary

Harvey M. Evers
HEREFORD — Harvey M. Evers, 82, of Hereford died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church of Hereford with Ken Varner officiating. Arrangements are by Rix Funeral Directors of Hereford.

Mr. Evers was born June 6, 1930, in Waterloo, Ind., to Andy and Dorothy Herbert Parna. After his retirement from professional wrestling, he became a personal trainer at the Hereford YMCA.
Survivors include his wife, Kitty Evers of Hereford; two daughters, Jessica Evers and Angela Evers Van Wyk; four grandchildren; and a brother, Tommy Parna.

The physical & psychological dominance The Sons of had on Zach & Greg have been absolutely sickening. First, N8 successfully manipulated Zach into thinking Greg was out to steal Zach's glory & spotlight, culmination in a most unique Gowen vs. Iron match at Wrestlelution 5. After re-earning Zach's respect in the bout, Greg helped Zach shed the brainwashing and go back to inspiring and spreading a message of hope... that is, until N8 assaulted Gowen with Zach's own cane after a live event in Michigan, capturing the footage on video to brag to the world about. With Zach fully healed, and Greg in desperate need of an ally to fight this war with, the newly-christened "Handicapped Handguns" return with revenge on their mind and a future Tag Title shot among their goals. Can the HHG shed the stigma of the Sons or can N8 & Boone continue to keep Zach & Greg down and pursue their own shot at championship gold?

On the most recent episode of PRIME TV, we saw Bane defeat chief Megalomaniac Marion Fontaine, serving a much-needed dish of humble pie to the power-drunk faction. However, reports stated a scary incident was witnessed after that event, involving a parking lot assault that many blame the Megalomaniacs on. We understand one of our cameras captured part of the incident and we'll show it to you this week! Plus, we'll get comments from the Megalomaniacs on what their involvement may have been. We have no medical update on Bane at this time, but we will attempt to get to the bottom of this investigation this Sunday!

The DWS has made Gargano & his PRIME Championship a target ever since the start of the season. Word has it Gargano has personally requested the return of Krimson, who was sent home following the three-on-one assault against Rhino a couple of months back. What will Gargano say about the Pressure Rising between he and "The Embodiment of Evil".

PORTIA PEREZ HEADED BACK TO JAPAN!

SHIMMER Tag Team Champion Portia Perez will embark on her second tour of Japan during the month of January, as she will participate in several events run by the STARDOM promotion.

Portia was announced today at a STARDOM press conference promoting their upcoming event at Korakuen Hall on January 14th. On that event, Portia will be the tag team partner of Tomoka Nakagawa & Kellie Skater in trios action against the PLANET team of Mayu Iwatani & Io Shirai & Natsumi Showzuki.

Perez previously toured Japan for the REINA promotion, along with usual tag team partner Nicole Matthews during 2011.

MORE TALENT ADDED TO SHIMMER 53!

On the Women of Wrestling Podcast Christmas Special at http://www.ringbellesonline.com/ this past weekend, three more wrestlers were revealed to be participating in the upcoming SHIMMER 53 event during WrestleMania weekend in New Jersey.

Rising star Evie from New Zealand, who is the current PWWA Interim Champion, will make her SHIMMER debut at SHIMMER 53. Former SHIMMER Champion Madison Eagles will return to action after over a year on the sidelines due to injury. Plus the legendary Amazing Kong will also make her return to SHIMMER action as part of the event!

Previously announced for SHIMMER 53 were two matches which were signed immediately following SHIMMER 52. The main event will feature SHIMMER Champion Saraya Knight defending the title against Cheerleader Melissa inside a steel cage! Plus there will be a rematch from SHIMMER 52 pitting "The Wrestling Goddess" Athena vs. Ayako Hamada!

SHIMMER 53 will take place on Saturday, April 6th at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (355 Plaza Drive) in Secaucus, NJ. Bell time is Noon for this special afternoon event. We are now into the 3rd row of ringside seating. If you'll be in the NY/NJ area during Mania weekend and would like to be ringside for the event, act quickly to secure your seats. This is shaping up to be one of the biggest events in SHIMMER history, and certainly our largest attendance thus far.

SHIMMER Women Athletes returns to the Berwyn Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL on Saturday & Sunday, April 13th & 14th, 2013. Volumes 54-57 of the SHIMMER series will be filmed during the course of that weekend.

Tickets for the April 13th & 14th events will go on sale at The SHIMMER Forum at http://www.shimmerathletes.com/ on Sunday, January 6th beginning at 6pm Central time. Front row reserved seating will be available at a cost of $80 per full day of taping (two full length DVDs worth of live matches each day), while general admission seating will be priced at $30 per day.
