WWE® Chief Strategy & Financial Officer George Barrios to Participate in Bernstein Media ConferenceSTAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WWE (NYSE:WWE) announced that its Chief Strategy & Financial Officer, George A. Barrios, will participate in a “fireside chat” at the Bernstein Future of Media Summit in Boston, MA on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
A live audio webcast of the event will be webcast live and will be available online at ir.corporate.wwe.com. Mr. Barrios’ remarks are expected to begin at approximately at 1:15 p.m. ET. A replay of the presentation will be available after the actual event time and will be available for 90 days following the conference.

HERO WINS APW GOLD!
Friday Night June 13th in Daly City, CA --- In front of over 500 screaming wrestling enthusiasts, International wrestling sensation Chris Hero defeated Jeckles The Jester to become APW World-Wide Internet Champion. The grueling 17 minute bout fell on the 5 year anniversary of Hero's mentor the late, great Mitsuharu Misawa's passing.
The APW World-Wide Internet Championship was implemented in 1999 and is recognized as one of the most prestigious titles on the west coast. APW World-Wide Internet Champion alumni include Michael Modest, Christopher Daniels, Daniel Bryan, B-Boy, JJ Perez, Timothy Thatcher, Colt Cabana, Dave Dutra and Drake Younger.
Chris Hero will return to defend the title against new number one contender, 2004 Olympian "Mr. Athletic" Jeff Cobb at APW's return date to the Bayshore Community Center.

The Colony and The Batiri will unite against a common foe, for the first (and possibly last) time ever! They'll have to overcome their past differences as well as the disadvantage of not knowing exactly who will represent The Flood in Detroit!
A much-anticipated tag team match will pit charismatic tecnicos 3.0 (Shane Matthews & Scott Parker) against the massive Devastation Corporation of Max Smashmaster and Blaster McMassive! Back in Season 12, these two almost broke the ring in half when we played Tampa! Since the battle lines have formed in the wake of National Pro Wrestling Day, these two tandems have been itching to lock up once again!
The world's sweetest man and star of "Gentlemania," Jervis Cottonbelly is coming to the Majestic Theater on June 22nd to prove himself the better man! But the self-proclaimed "Kentucky Gentleman" Chuck Taylor is a competitor of rare skill and non-existent manners. Squeaky clean Jervis may have to play dirty if he wants to get past Chuckie T!
One of the newest additions to the CHIKARA roster, the aerial dynamo Shynron will need to be flying high above the strike radius of the hard-hitting Eddie Kingston, when these two meet for the very first time!
Fan-favorite on both sides of the Atlantic, the Estonian ThunderFrog will test his mettle against the savage assault of Jaka this Sunday afternoon!
Two dangerous factions will square off in the Majestic Theater on June 22nd! UltraMantis Black will lead the Spectral Envoy into the fray against some of the most formidable foes ever to cross a CHIKARA ring - GEKIDO!
Rounding out this super-sized card is a match jam-packed with high octane tag team action! Four teams will enter, but only one will emerge victorious in this elimination bout! The Throwbacks (Dasher Hatfield & Mark Angelosetti) were the first to sign up, and the match has filled up with super-heavyweights Tursas & Nokken (of The BDK) as well as their fellow Flood members, Oliver Grimsly & Qefka the Quiet (a.k.a. The Odditorium.) The final team to enter the fray is AC/DC (Arik Cannon & Darin Corbin,) who will be the true wildcard in the mix!
