NWA Pro Wins Big In Vegas With The Wrestling Summit History was made on Friday September 22, 2006 as the National Wrestling Alliance presented the Pro Wrestling Summit featuring La Copa de Lucha in front of over 3,000 crazed fans at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

Congratulations to the Mexican representative in the Copa de Lucha
tournament, Los Luchas – Phoenix Star & Zokre, who defeated both the
Japanese team of Black Tiger and Puma and the American team of Karl “Machine
Gun” Anderson & Joey Ryan to become the first ever Copa de Lucha Champions!

Other great action on the night saw:
“Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce defeat Frankie Kazarian
Babi Slymm & Kafu won against “Classic” Colt Cabana & Plague
Konnan & Human Tornado defeated Aaron Aguilera & Al Katrazz
Derek Sanders & Durango Kid beat the team of NWA British Commonwealth
Champion Paul Tracy & Zarco
And Sean “Syxx-Pac” Waltman defeated CMLL Super Ligero Champion Rocky Romero in a non-title bout.

Finally, the main even that sent the fans into an absolute frenzy saw Lucha
legends El Hijo de Santo & Rey Misterio Sr. defeat the team of L.A. Park and
Fobia in an incredible 2 out of 3 falls match-up!
