NWA PRO WRESTLING EXPRESS presents "NEW YEAR'S KNOCKOUT" SATURDAY DECEMBER 17th at the PALISADES - 501 Water St - McKeesport, PAFor up to the minute news on this event, check out www.PWXWRESTLING.net
"New Year's Knockout", the final card of 2005 takes place tonight,
December 17th at the historic Palisades in the heart of downtown
McKeesport, PA. Doors open for the event at 7:30 pm, and as always,
tickets are only $10 for ringside, $9 general admission, and $6 for
kids twelve and under. Adult beverages will be available to PWX
wrestling fans over 21 years of age with proper ID. In celebration of
their AAAA Football State Championship, any McKeesport Area High
School student will receive half off of a general admission with
school identification!!!
Matches already signed for this huge night of wrestling action include...
"ULTIMATE RESOLUTION" MATCH
What is a New Year's celebration like without a resolution? What
is a PWX event like without a brutal match? No doubt will be left at
which wrestler in Pittsburgh has the most willpower, as four of the
top competitors in Pittsburgh wrestling today will enter the ring in a
four corners elimination match. But, after the first of those four
competitors are eliminated, the reigning Brass Knuckles Champion
"Antichrist Luchador" Devil Bhudakahn will enter the match. When
another competitor is eliminated, the reigning Three Rivers Champion
"Sexual Icon" Eric Extasy will enter the ring. Once a third wrestler
has been eliminated, the reigning NWA Pro Wrestling Express
Heavyweight Champion "Hangman" Crusher Hansen will enter the match,
and his title will be on the line through the final three
eliminations. Which ever competitor manages to avoid being one of the
six wrestlers eliminated in the match will not only have survived war
with every singles champion in NWA Pro Wrestling Express, but they
will also be the holder of the top singles championship contested in
the National Wrestling Alliance today - the PWX Heavyweight
Championship. Only NWA Pro Wrestling Express can bring the Pittsburgh
wrestling fans this kind of match, and the only way you will be able
to see the match is to be there live and in person this Saturday night!

The tag team scene in Pro Wrestling Express is heating up, and
Rage has the prize everyone else is after - the PWX Tag Team
Championship. While tag teams seem to be a rare commodity on the
wrestling scene today, Pro Wrestling Express has embraced the rich and
deep history of tag team wrestling in the Pittsburgh area - and the
roster is deep with contenders to the top tag team title in the area.
But, which team will get a shot at the champs on the last PWX card of
2005? Former Tag Team Champions Da Munchies or the Tri Chi
Fraternity? The revamped version of Armageddon? Two challengers from
987?

takes on
987's "Mr 21st Century" CHRIS TAYLOR
This match has officially been signed for New Year's Knockout,
with Bigg finally having a chance to get his hands on a member of 987.
However, it is almost impossible to believe that the rest of 987 will
not have anything to do with this match. Will the "Stab Master
Arsonist" have a trick up his sleeve to make sure he gets his revenge
on 987 for himself, and the rest of the PWX locker room, as he takes
Chris Taylor on one-on-one?
SABOTAGE & TEDDY FINE and "Platinum Status" DAN MILES
versus
APOCALYPSE
in Trios Tag Team Action
Sabotage and Teddy Fine requested one thing heading into New
Year's Knockout: a chance to get in the ring with the Apocalypse. The
last time Fine and Sabobtage were inside of a PWX ring, neither one of
them were able to walk out after a brutal attack at the hands of
Apocalypse. They said it's time they settled the score, and Dan Miles
is more than happy to help them out. Devil Bhudakahn, the leader of
Apocalypse, quickly agreed to this match, but would not reveal which
of his minions would make up Apocalypse's trio in the match. This is
sure to be an intense six-man war!
HUGE BATTLE ROYAL
The 10th Annual 'Burgh Brawl is right around the corner, and the
competitors in Pro Wrestling Express are already jockeying for
position in one of the most popular matches of the calendar year. The
winner of the 10th Annual 'Burgh Brawl will receive a shot at the NWA
Pro Wrestling Express Heavyweight Championship - the areas most
coveted singles championship. This Saturday, the battle for that
title shot begins, as the winner of an over-the-top-rope battle royal
will receive an automatic entrance into the 'Burgh Brawl, and it will
be for the last entry into the match. There is no greater advantage
than being the last entrant in a 20, 25, or 30 man rumble-style battle
royal, and starting this Saturday night, one of the competitors in Pro
Wrestling Express will earn that advantage.

"CIRCLE OF RESPECT" VOTING CONTINUES
Four finalists for the first induction into PWX's Circle Of
Respect have been announced: Shawn Patrick, Quinn Magnum, Paul Atlas,
and Vince Kaplack! Each of these individuals were nominated by their
peers, and now the voting is up to the fans, who can make their voices
heard as at each NWA-PWX event until January 7th, because any fan in
attendance can vote for who they think is deserving to be inducted
into PWX's version of the hall of fame: the Circle Of Respect!
Plus, more of the top wrestlers in the National Wrestling Alliance
will be in action this Saturday night, including Rage's MAD MIKE, "Big
Stiff" SETH JAMES, PAUL ATLAS, "Soviet Shooter" NIKITA ALLANOV, 987
members SCOTT VENOM and DEVIN DEVINE, the Apocalypse's MANTIS666,
EISEN DRACHE, and JAKE GARRETT, plus the return of "Upgrade" TYRONE
EVANS!!!
