NWS Announces A Double-Shot Weekend 4/16-4/17 In Carteret, NJ & Tower City, PA Headlined By Former WWE TV Superstar Rikishi, Plus Former WWE Stars Fellow Headshrinker Samu & The Patriot And More
National Wrestling Superstars announces yet another huge double-shot weekend April 16th-17th. And as far as "huge" goes, they don't come any more huge than the headliner that weekend, a former star of the WWE universe and a member of the legendary Samoan wrestling family, the one and only Rikishi.
Friday night April 16th, NWS returns to Carteret, NJ's Holy Family Church (213 Pershing Avenue, just off Washington and Roosevelt Avenues, minutes from the NJ Turnpike) with a 7:45pm bell time.
In addition to Rikishi, also on the bill will be a rematch of sorts from February's Tag-Team J-Cup Tournament in nearby Woodbridge, as central Jersey local favorites The Jock Mafia (Mike Dennis & Chris D'Andrea) will once again tangle with the as-of-late devastating tag-team known as The Commandos ("The Love Machine" Nicky Oceans & "Too Cocky" Kevin Matthews).
And that is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, with much much more in store. Ticket prices are only $18 for adults and $15 for kids & seniors.
Saturday night April 17th, NWS makes its annual trek to Tower City, PA's Williams Valley High School (10330 U.S. Route 209, minutes from Interstate-81) with a 7:35pm bell time.
Also seeing action that night will be another former WWE star from the Samoan family, and in fact at one time was Rikishi's partner in the tag-team known as The Headshrinkers, the dangerous Samu. These two have not been in the same wrestling venue together in a long time, and who knows what will happen when their paths cross that night in Tower City.
Also seeing action will be former WWE and WCW star "America's Hero" The Patriot, The World Famous TV Wrestling Clown, and the undefeated 800+ pound tag-team of Maifu & Saifu, better known as The Nigerian Nightmares, plus much much more. Tickets are only $18 for reserved ringside seats and $16 for bleacher seats.
Tickets for both shows are available by calling the NWS box office at (732) 888-1704. All major charge cards are accepted, and group rates are available for groups of ten or more.
