NWS 2009 J-Cup Tag-Team Tournament Returns To Sayreville, NJ Friday 1/23, Plus Former ECW Star Julio Dinero, Former WWE "Oddities" Member Giant Silva & More

National Wrestling Superstars promoters pleaded with Knights of Columbus officials to let them book a special headliner for this mega show and officials gave in.

It was all for a good cause, for when you see the 7-foot-5 former WWE "Oddity" Giant Silva live and in person on Friday night January 23rd at 7:45pm, you'll undertstand why they were reluctant in the beginning, for once he enters the wrestling ring, there's a good chance his head will scrape the ceiling of the Sayreville Knights of Columbus Hall, 775 Washington Road (minutes from Route 9 & the Parkway). But not to worry, a special reinforced ring is being brought in to accomodate this mammoth monster.

Also on bill will be former ECW &TNA star Julio Dinero, along with his valet the lovely but methodical Miss Michelle, who will have their hands full with likes of Silva.

And all that is just the icing on cake, as the world famous J-Cup Tournament series kicks off the 2009 season with the J-Cup Tag-Team Tournament (not to be confused with the J-Cup Men's Tournament or Women's Tournament, which will be held later in the year). Some of the great teams announced include recent qualifiers The Wild Breed and The Philadelphia Wiz Kids (Zack Novack & Travis Blake), plus the local explosive duo The BS Express, along with last year's winners The Gemini Twins, and other heavy-hitting tag-teams such as Josh Daniels & Damian Adams and Rob Eckos & Nicky Oceans.

All this and much more, and with tickets at only $19 for adults and $17 for kids & seniors, this is one mega show not to miss.Tickets are available by calling the NWS box office at (732) 888-1704. All major credit cards are accepted, and group rates are available for groups of ten or more.
