National Wrestling Superstars Kicks Off Fall 2009 With Outdoor Spectacular on Friday Night, September 18 in Sayreville, New Jersey
National Wrestling Superstars will be bringing big-time pro wrestling back to Sayreville, NJ this coming Friday night September 18th, as they sponsor an event outdoors and under the stars, at the Sayreville Knights of Columbus Showgrounds (775 Washington Road, minutes from Route 9 and the Parkway), with all the action getting under way at 7:45pm.
Headlining this night of action will be former WWE superstar and Headshrinkers tag-team member Samu, who will be one-half of The New Wild & Woolly Samoans along with his tag-team partner King Nagu, as t hey take on the formidable duo of former WWE developmental protégé "Too Cocky" Kevin Matthews and former NWS Heavyweight Champion and north Jersey big man "The Cold-Hearted Playa" Danny Demanto.
Another tag-team showdown taking place in Sayreville will pit NWS Junior Heavyweight Champion "Disco" Nicky Oceans and Philadelphia area standout Devon Moore against another pair of NWS champions in NWS Jersey Shore Champion "G.Q." Myke Quest and NWS Tag-Team Title co-holder Corvis Fear.
In addition, the ladies will also take center stage as sister promotion Women Superstars Uncensored World Champion "The Latina Sensation" Mercedes Martinez takes on rising area sensation Brooke Carter.
The undefeated Nigerian Nightmares, all seven hundred pounds of them plus their manager "Voodoo Princess" Sheeta, will invade Sayreville looking for fresh victims, along with other local favorites like Ryan Rumble, the popular J.T. Highlander making his long-awaited NWS return, the beloved biscuit-eating Jersey Shore madman Slayer, and South River's own dynamic duo known as The BS Express.
Tickets for this event are still available, and still at the bargain price of only $19 adults and $17 for kids and seniors. You can order tickets by calling the NWS box office at (732) 888-1704. All major credit cards are accepted, and group rates are available for groups of ten or more. Remaining seats, if any, will go on sale at the door one hour before bell time.
