NWS 2008 "King & Queen Of The Ring" Inter-Gender Tag-Team Tournament This Friday 3/21 In Bergenfield, Original WWE Diva (And WSU Champion) Sunny, TNA's Roxxi Laveaux And More

It’s only a few days until North Jersey will witness the crowning of a King and a Queen... in none other than a wrestling ring.

We can only be talking about the return of National Wrestling Superstars’ own unique creation, the King And Queen Of The Ring Tournament, this Friday night March 21st at the Bergenfield, NJ VFW Hall (321 South Washington Avenue, just north of Teaneck Road & Route 4), with a 7:45pm bell time.

Eight inter-gender tag-teams, featuring some of the best female wrestlers around paired with equally tough males, will battle for the twin crowns and twin bragging rights. Some of the teams who have already signed on the dotted line include Mercedes Martinez and her partner the tough Jersey brawler Bison Bravado, area standout Alexa Thatcher teaming up with NWS Jersey Shore and Tag-Team champion Nicky Oceans, the beautiful Amber will hook up with Bergen County star Pastor George, and the petite shopaholic Roxxie Cotton has found the most unlikely partner ever in former ECW brain-eating oddity The Zombie. They and four other teams yet to be revealed will compete in an elimination-style tournament with the winners being crowned that same night.

In addition to the ladies in the tournament, two ladies of TV fame will be making appearances in Bergenfield that night. TNA wrestling star Roxxie Laveaux will be in town, looking for competition like always. But the proverbial icing on the cake will be the presence of none other than the original diva of the WWE Sunny (a.k.a Tammy Sytch).

You will never see another night of pro wrestling quite like this, and with ticket prices at only $18 for adults and $15 for kids and seniors, you will never have a better opportunity.
