NWS Results From "Jersey Shore Tag-O-Mania" In Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 3/14: Former WWE Stars Giant Silva & Short Sleeve Sampson Form A Unique Tag-Team, NWS Tag-Team Titles Change Hands *TWICE* In One Night, Plus Monkeys & Banana Boys & Space Aliens & Other Characters You'll Find Only In NWS
Spring is still a week away, but National Wrestling Superstars began heating up the Jersey Shore on Saturday night March 14th, as they brought "Jersey Shore Tag-O-Mania" to the Point Pleasant Beach, NJ Elks Lodge. An energetic sellout crowd, with many standing room only fans, packed the Elks Lodge, and they had plenty of exciting action to get energetic about.
In a pre-show "Dark Match", NWS Jersey Shore Champion Myke "G.Q." Quest defeated The Jersey Cowboy in a non-title Loser Leaves Town Match. The Jersey Cowboy put up a good fight, and had Quest on the verge of defeat several times, but the veteran champion Quest outlasted The Cowboy and put him down for good with a Codebreaker and a 1-2-3. Commissioner Gino Moore thanked The Cowboy for his contributions to NWS, but the match stipulations required him to fire The Cowboy on the spot.
In six-man tag-team action, Slayer & The Illegal Out-Of-Space Aliens (that's the name they signed on the contract, folks) defeated Corvis Fear & Manuel Manny Moore & "Ice-Fire" Steve Zapf (with manager Rocco Dorsey & "advisor" Danny Demanto). This match was apparently Corvis' trial match for joining Rocco's stable, and Rocco warned Corvis that he'd better deliver. Despite Corvis having the advantage for most of the match, Rocco and Demanto were constantly yelling at him & criticizing him. This proved to be Corvis' team's undoing in the end, as Slayer took advantage of Corvis and Rocco arguing to sneak up behind Corvis and roll him up from behind and pinned him 1-2-3. Demanto and Rocco vented their anger at the loss on Corvis, who eventually had enough and left the ring in frustration.
NWS management made an announcement that "Mr. Motion" Shane Taylor's current legal issues required him to take a leave of absence from NWS and forfeit his half of the NWS Tag-Team Championship. The other co-holder, Nicky Oceans' contract allowed him to name a replacement partner, so Josh Daniels became the new co-holder of the NWS Tag-Team Championship.
In an Inter-Gender Tag-Team Grudge Match, J.D. Smoothie & Jana versus A.C. Kewl & Brooke Carter ending in a double-countout. There was no love lost between Smoothie and Kewl, as these two have been feuding all along the Jersey shore for months now, and both Brooke and Jana showed that they could match their male counterparts hold for hold and even punch for punch. The brawling eventually spilled out of the ring and onto the floor, and both teams were counted out.
NWS announced to everyone that Andrew "Test" Martin was found dead in his apartment the night prior and asked everyone to please bow their heads and reflect on the wrestling business losing another one of their own.

Corey Havoc & Rocco Dorsey (with "advisors" Danny Demanto & King Nagumbo & the new NWS Tag-Team Champions Josh Daniels & Nicky Oceans) defeated Nikko The Monkey Man & Botchagalup The Banana Boy. Before the match, Corvis Fear came out to apologize for losing the match earlier in the night, and wanted to lend his support to Rocco's team. Rocco refused to accept the apology, and ordered Daniels and Oceans to eject Corvis not only from the ring, but from the building, which they did. Commissioner Moore appeared and ordered Demanto and Nagumbo ejected from the ring as well. Commissioner Moore also allowed Nikko and Banana Boy the chance to select an advisor of their own, and they found one in former WWE midget star Short Sleeve Sampson. With all that out of the way, the match finally started, pitting the high-flying styles of Nikko and Banana Boy against the brawling tactics of Dorsey and Havoc. Nikko and Banana Boy appeared to have the upper hand late in the match, when Oceans entered the ring while Rocco was distracting the referee and leveled Banana Boy with a superkick, allowing Havoc to cover him for the 1-2-3. Rocco and his entire stable continued to attack Nikko and Banana Boy, and when Short Sleeve Sampson proved too small to break up the attack, he went and found another former WWE star, a much bigger one in the seven-foot-plus Giant Silva, who chased Rocco and his goons away.
Before the next match, American turncoat T.N.T came down to the ring accompanied by another wrestler even larger. T.N.T angrily proclaimed that NWS was thwarting his efforts to wrestle in tag-team matches with his Baghdad Bullies partners, and that NWS' latest move was to have them deported. He introduced the man with him as his half-brother and new tag-team partner Major Disaster, and said that they were going to be the toughest S.O.B's in the tag-team division.
NWS Tag-Team Champions Nicky Oceans & Josh Daniels (with manager Rocco Dorsey) came out for their scheduled title defense against The Whiz Kids (Travis Blake & Jumping Joey Janella). Returning referee S.P. Anderson, now a deputy NWS Commissioner, was introduced as the special guest referee. When the challengers were announced, only Travis Blake came out, saying that Jumping Joey had not shown up. Rocco got on the microphone, laughing, and said that he and his stable had attacked Janella earlier in the day in order to make sure that he would not be able to show up tonight. Anderson and Commissioner Moore conferred, and the offered Travis the chance to either forfeit (which he said no), make it a three-person non-title match (which he also said no), or find a new partner, which he immediately agreed to, and he found luchador star Paco Libro in the back.
Travis Blake & Paco Libro defeated Nicky Oceans & Josh Daniels (with manager Rocco Dorsey) to become the *NEW* NWS Tag-Team Champions. With both teams equally handicapped by new partnerships, the four combatants fought all over the ring with neither team having the initial advantage. But in the end, Travis and Paco Libro would not be denied, and twin superkicks by the challengers put the champions down for side-by-side three-counts. As the crowd cheered the new champions, Paco Libro climbed on the top rope and removed his mask to reveal the face of... Corvis Fear! Rocco and Oceans and Daniels, already unhappy at losing the belts, were positively livid over Corvis' double-cross, and they left the ringside area completely frustrated as the fans continued to cheer on their new tag-team champions.
In the Main Event, "The Biggest Little Tag-Team" of former WWE stars Giant Silva & Short Sleeve Sampson defeated "The Cold-Hearted Playa" Danny Demanto & the wild man from Borneo, King Nagumbo. Demanto initially refused to wrestling Giant Silva, and tried to make fun of Short Sleeve, but Short Sleeve, who has had plenty of experience wrestling regular-sized opponents, was able to initially frustrate Demanto. Demanto and Nagumbo eventually managed to double-team Sampson two-on-one, and it looked like the midget superstar was going down, but Short Sleeve was able to reverse a powerslam attempt from Demanto into a Tornado DDT, and then tagged in Silva, who cleaned house and threw Nagumbo out of the ring. Meanwhile Short Sleeve bulldogged Demanto and thrilled the crowd as he hit the "Inchworm" (mini version of fellow WWE alum Scotty Too Hotty's move) followed by a splash for the 1-2-3.
While Short Sleeve and Giant Silva celebrated their victory, T.N.T and Major Disaster hit the ring and attacked Silva. Silva was able to fight them off with difficulty, and it appeared that he may have met his match in T.N.T and his new-found partner. T.N.T and Major Disaster demaned a match with Silva, and Commissioner Moore announced that they would face Silva and the former ECW Zombie in Long Branch, NJ later that month.
