BETHPAGE, NY January 30, 2007 – Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE: CVC) today announced that the World Wrestling Entertainment’s® (NYSE: WWE) subscription video on demand (SVOD) service, WWE 24/7 On Demand, is now available to iO Interactive Optimum® digital cable customers throughout the New York metropolitan area. Cablevision’s 11th SVOD service gives cable customers unlimited access to the best classic and current wrestling, while providing the ability to pause, fast-forward and rewind.

WWE 24/7 On Demand delivers the best of professional wrestling – all day, every day – from the world’s largest professional wrestling video library. With WWE 24/7, fans can relive legendary matches and moments with wrestling superstars past and present, like Bruno Sammartino, Andre the Giant, The Rock® and Triple H®, as well as access exclusive new programming. Content on WWE 24/7 On Demand is divided into six programming selections: Hall of Fame, Big Ones, Specials, Territories-ECW, Prime Time, and Shorties. In addition, each month there is an overriding theme that is reflected throughout the programming. WWE 24/7 On Demand connects viewers to timeless action and the intense drama that fans expect from WWE.

iiO customers can subscribe to WWE 24/7 for $6.95 per month directly through their television set on channel 512 by simply using the remote control and following on-screen prompts or though the On Demand menu. Customers may also purchase WWE 24/7 online at www.io.tv, or by calling their local customer service representative.

With more than 2.3 million iO customers, more than 76 percent of Cablevision’s cable customers are iO digital cable customers, the highest digital penetration in the nation. iO offers customers access to more than 240 channels, including 50 premium movie channels, 45 channels of commercial-free digital music, more than 1,400 titles available on demand at all times, an interactive programming guide, more than 20 high-definition programming services and groundbreaking interactive television applications including News 12 Interactive, and subscription games packages.
