AMAZING ANGLE HIGHLIGHTS WHAT COULD BE HEYMAN'S FINAL TAPING

OVW ran its final TV Taping of the 2005 year last night at The New Davis Arena in Louisville Kentucky and it was the best OVW taping I've ever been to. It was the biggest crowd I've seen at the New Davis Arena too, even more people showed up than the turn away crowd for the first Cappotelli vs Jeter match. And best of all, this crowd was hot all night. In what could be Paul Heyman's last tv taping as writer for the WWE developmental tv show, the entire babyface locker room, from OVW Champion Matt Cappotelli to The Boogeyman were left destroyed by Johnny Jeter, Mark Henry, and Chris Cage, as Cage turned heel on Cappotelli in a fantastic angle.
The match was scheduled to be a 3-on-2 handicap match, with Jeter and Henry teaming against Cappotelli, Cage, and Cappotelli's famous crutch, which has been used this year on many Jeter buddies like Mr. Kennedy and Paul Birchall.
Earlier in the show, OVW Tag Team Champions Seth Skyfire and Chet the Jet defended their titles against Osama Rodrigues Alejandro and Senor Roberto Dawber when The Boogeyman came from under the ring and destroyed Senor Roberto Dawber.
In another fantastic match and angle, OVW TV Champion CM Punk wrestled Brent Albright to a 30 minute time limit. During the match, Ken Doane's valet Sosay came to ringside. Maria Kannelis countered Sosay's appearance. Sosay got involved, Maria ripped off Sosay's clothes, and then the sequence of false finishes between Punk and Albright began. At 29 minutes, Albright locked in the sharpshooter. But Punk held on and the time limit expired. The hot crowd screamed for 5 more minutes, and Albright made the challenge. Punk slapped Albright, who started to suplex Punk. The referee called for the bell, but Punk was screaming he didn't accept the 5 minute overtime. Albright forced Punk to tap out to the Crowbar Arm Bar Submission. But before Albright got declared new winner, senior referee Robert Brisko came out and told referee Goose Mahony that Punk never agreed to the overtime. This played out great, with everyone wanting to see Punk and Albright go at it even more.
Cappotelli and Cage came out, with Cappotelli holding the crutch. The referees came out to stop Cappotelli from using the crutch, so he beat them up with it and called for Jeter and Henry. They came from the parking lot side door, with Jeter never getting in the ring. Cappotelli went crazy on Henry with the crutch, and then knocked Henry down with a vicious shot. Cage the jumped Cappotelli. Jeter came into the ring, and Cage and Jeter attacked Cappotelli with Jeter pleasantly surprised at Cage's decision to turn heel. They held Cappotelli with his arms spread open in the corner and Henry splashed him in the corner not once but twice. Then Henry slammed Cappotelli down.
Elijah Burke ran out to the ring, and brawled with Jeter and Cage in a great fight, but Henry stopped Burke too.
The Riggs Brothers came out, and tried to save Cappotelli, but they too were stopped.
Then came Seth Skyfire and Chet The Jet, who almost saved Cappotelli but were floored by double superkicks from Jeter and Cage.
Doug Basham ran to the ring, and was knocking Jeter and Cage down. Henry tried to stop him, but Basham went nuts on Henry until Henry, Jeter, and Cage knocked him out.
Henry, Jeter, and Cage then stood in the middle of the ring and posed. At this point, Boogeyman appeared on the announcers's desk, and his WWE music played. You have to see the people going crazy at this point. Boogeyman got in the ring, and stated the routine where he spells his name. B O O G E , but then Henry smashes Boogeyman in the face.
Boogeyman's head snaps, but then snaps back for a huge pop. Jeter and Cage jump Boogeyman, but he double chokeslams them to another even huger pop. Then Henry does the Standing Vader Smoosh into Boogeyman, and splashes him on the canvas. Henry, Jeter, and Cage stand over all the bodies for the final scene of the show as the crowd was screaming at the top of their lungs.
When the show went off the air, Boogeyman started to shake. The crowd was eating this up. Then he shook his way all the way to his feet, and the heels got away.
