I also want to say I forgot to mention, I would love to see Jericho return on Sunday which is the huge rumor, but more importantly, I would love to see the "Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels return and have another run as the WWE Champion.  He has earned it, like no other.  He returned after all his back problems, every one of Shawn's matches, is a show stopper match.  Shawn always puts 100% into his match.

BTW:  Vince McMahon announced on ECW that Cena could be out as long as one year.

Let's hear from everyone, who would you like to see become the new WWE Champion and why do you think he should win...

I would like to see Randy Orton get the title .I think he is an amazing wrestler and he has been doing better in and out of the ring (JR even mentioned that in one of his blogs).

Whooooooooooo!!!
I would love to see Ric Flair return and get one last title run, then lose it to Kennedy later on down the road maybe at Armageddon or Royal Rumble.

WWE Champion
First off, words cannot describe how happy I am that John Cena will no longer be the champion. Personally, I feel that the WWE should put a legend in the championship spot that is already established. RAW's roster is very thin at the moment, and an established name such as Kane, Ric Flair or The Undertaker seems to be the best bet, in my opinion. I would even be happy with Randy Orton becoming champion. Nobody could possibly be worse than that 2007 version of a washed up Marky Mark. - From Mike

PS..It may be bad news for him, but the best news I heard since my raise was approved. lol. Six months without Cena is still too short, but it will get this fan watching more often. Maybe if it wasn't for my strong dislike of rap and the rap culture, I would have given him the benefit of the doubt. lol PS-aside from my love of heavy metal, I love the KING! Elvis Presley as well. Suspicious Minds is one of my all-time favorites.

PPS...Batista vs The Not So Great Khali in a Punjambi Prison Match? I rather see Dusty Wolfe take on Mantaur in a Hell In The Cell!

I would like to see either Mr. Kennedy or Randy Orton become the new WWE Champion as to why well for Randy Orton, in my opinion, he was screwed out of having a long run by Triple H the first time around so I would like to see him win it and as for Mr. Kennedy well he is over with the WWE fans and besides the wellness program drug test which was his fault, I still feel he deserves to be champion due to getting injured when he was going to win it off The Undertaker which in turn opened the door for Edge.

My favorite pick would be to see Y2J Chris Jericho return and win the WWE Championship what a huge story that would be to comeback to WWE after two years and win the WWE Championship but I have my doubts on that one happening plus I'm almost afraid with all the signs pointing to Chris Jericho being the guy behind the whole SAVE US 222 thing that it is almost too good to be true you know and that WWE will let us down due to having our hopes up thinking it will in fact be Chris Jericho.

As much as it sucks for John Cena to go out like he did and it does suck for him and WWE, I know lots of fans are probably happy this happened since he has held the WWE Championship so long, but honestly John Cena has kept WWE rolling somewhat since the days of Stone Cold and The Rock.  He has been the only real big name Superstar since those guys so I know I will miss him for that and I wish him a fast and healthy recovery back to the ring.

I am also excited that we will get to see the original WWE Championship again, I'm just curious if it will be a new belt or the Undisputed Championship last held by JBL.  Either way I have missed it and while I will miss John Cena, I will not miss his Spinner Belt no matter how big of a seller it is to WWE Fans.

Thanks For Reading and great site, I love it....   From  Joseph

I saw the ballot and thought to myself that "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan would be great as the new WWE Heavyweight Champion because it would cause such a shock and since Duggan has always been great as an Underdog, I think this would work. I would love to see these young WWF/E wrestlers try to knock off the veteran. Duggan proved that he could be a great champion when he was WCW United States Champion. After all the blood, sweat and tears that he has given to wrestling, I think he deserves a shot even though I know it would be a short 2 month reign. If not Duggan (I am not holding my breath that he will win,but that would be my choice.)
I agree that Chris Jericho deserves to be WWF/E Heavyweight Champion. He has more talent than most of the wrestlers on the current roster and if you put Jericho with Harry Smith,Teddy Hart and Nattie Neidhart, The New Hart Foundation will last for a very long time!!! Thank you for letting me voice my opinion.

In my opinion I would love to see Kennedy only because the WWE dropped the ball with his injury and took his MITB away from him prematurely, so if anyone deserves it, I feel it should be Kennedy.

John Cena is now striped of the title, I had no problem with him being champion.  He is far better than Randy Orton.  The reason I would not like to see Randy as champion has to do with his attitude outside the ring.  I also believe that he is very immature.  There is a 50/50 chance he will be the next WWE champion.  I rather have Hornswaggle McMahon as WWE champion, and with the antics WWE has been doing lately, there is a 50/50 chance of that happening as well. (L.O.L.)  Triple H could also be in the picture.  I would love to see a battle royal with the last man standing be the new champion.  That would be very cool. They can pool something like the Kurt Angle angle, when he won the World Heavyweight Championship on smackdown after Batista forfeited the title.  And the last entry would be Chris Jericho, and he would win the title, but of course that is just wishful thinking.

Thank you,   Fred Almanzar
