Yesterday I went to the Promolast Wrestling reunion in Atlanta. For years I have hoped for Atlanta to have a wrestling fanfest and thanks to a guy named Drew's hard work, I actually got to see and participate in this great experience. I have been to TNA fanfest in the past, but the experience I got from this was awesome. I mean who can actually say they had a conversation with Ron Simmons, DDP and more. I cut a promo with Ron Simmons and he was impressed by the script I had prepared, even saying that I needed to show WWE how to write. I met 15 wrestlers/Refs/Announcer on the featured list and 2 vendor guest. Unfortunately Ted DiBiase had to cancel but that disappointment was quickly made up! People had no hope in this and of course the turnout wasn't great, but I believe with just about everything else in order to succeed, you have to grow. I look forward to another Promolast event.
