Thanks to djdanmichaels for this update:

Hey Georgie,

I attended the signing this past weekend featuring John Cena and Torrie
Wilson at the DC Auto Show.  Usually the DC Auto Show is VERY organized and
knows what they're doing.  This year was not the case.  For starters, Cena
and Torrie's times overlapped by 1 hour (I'm sure they had places to be).
This could have been overlooked except for the fact that they had both of
them at the exact same place.  The problem was that well over 1,000
(probably a LOT more...I'm terrible with guesstimating crowd size) people
piled in just to see Cena.  Sadly, when Torrie arrived, she sat next to Cena
and was left with little to do.  Most people only wanted to see Cena so
Torrie was just shaking hands (signing the OCCASIONAL autograph) and
smiling.

By the time myself and my friend got through the line (Cena had already
left), we were rushed so quickly that I barely had time to tell Torrie that
it was nice to see her again.  She was, after all, the only reason I wanted
to go.  I believe that Cena stayed an extra hour but there were still a LOT
of disappointed people.

The auto show should have done one of two things.

1.  Should have had Torrie and John at two different places.  This way,
people could have made their choice as to who they wanted to see.

2.  Someone from the show should have stepped into the line and said "the
line for Cena ends here and the line for Torrie begins here."  At least this
would've weeded out those people who really didn't want to see Torrie and
would have made way for those of us who did.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful.  I know that we don't have to have these
signings at all, but if they're going to have them, at least use a little
common sense.  I honestly don't think they expected that large of a crowd
for Cena.  That line was OVER two city-blocks long and THEN some!  They
should have made some adjustments and had Torrie at the opposite corner of
the show where there was an unused stage and tables along with open space.

Even though I have already seen Torrie before and was able to see her again
this weekend, I just felt that the Auto Show probably caused themselves more
headaches than necessary.  I just stood by and didn't say anything but there
were a LOT of people complaining to anyone who would listen.
