…….

I attended the CM Punk autograph signing at the Broadway Mall this past Sunday, hosted by "New York Sports." I haven't attended a signing in quite a while. When the WWE holds one inside of the City, it is usually extremely (pardon the pun) disorganized and just downright crazy. I've enjoyed CM Punk's work since his few appearances in the early TNA days. My mom, dad and myself usually head out to the Broadway Mall every few Saturdays and saw that Punk was going to appear so we decided to make the trip.

The signing was scheduled to be from 2 - 4pm. We arrived a little after 1 and there had to be about 4 to 500 fans already. The prices were $20 for an autograph, $25 for a photo with CM Punk. Considering the rates for autographs nowadays, I think it was a very good rate.

CM Punk arrived around 2:15. He arrived in a limo. I was surprised and pleased with how well organized this session was. I got to CM Punk at around 3:30. He was very down to earth, shaking hands with everyone, talking to little kids who came to see him, very laid back. By the time I got out, the line was still huge. I don't know how long it went or if he stayed longer. I'd say there might have been total 1,000 people.

It was a great treat to see CM Punk...I'd like to thank the staff at New York Sports, especially Sam. He is always very helpful at the store and was a lot of help that day and anytime we visit there and ask him questions. I would suggest checking out one of their signings if you are in the area and someone you are a fan of is appearing.
