REPORT ON MICK FOLEY & KANE SIGNINGS

Hi Georgie,
I just wanted to drop you a note about the Kane and Mick Foley signing that I attended Saturday in SC. I started off at the Foley signing in Myrtle Beach. It was very well organized and advertised. I kept hearing announcements on the radio hyping up the signing and the Smackdown show. Two different radio stations were doing a live broadcast and the dealership was even feeding the crowd pizza. In addition, the dealership was even given away a free dinner with Mick that night! Mick came out in a great mood as always. A class act all the way! He actually started the signing early which was a blessing to me because I had to rush to Columbia for the Kane signing. Mick sign any and everything that you had. He signed 2 drawing I did.

I arrived in Columbia about 5:30 and I had a feeling that I may miss my chance for an autograph because of crowd. K-Mart did a really poor job with the advertising!
Unlike the Foley signing, there was no signs or banners announcing the event. I walked into K-Mart and just looked around. I even asked a few workers about the session and they did not even know what was going on.
One later told me that there was a crowd in the back but he did not know why. Shameful to say! I was about the 7th person in line and by the time the session got rolling along maybe 100 people or so showed up. Most were just shoppers who happened to be in the store at the time. Better PR would surely have drawn a huge crowd for Kane.
Anyway, he was on time and in a good mood. He signed anything you had and even posed for pictures.
He signed my drawing and I have attached some pictures for ya. It was a fun way to spend a Saturday and a draining trip back here to Atlanta.

Most unfinished yet autographed lol. I hardly ever have the time to finish before the signing! But I would like to thank you and your site. Every day I look to see if a new signing was added that I can attend. My goal this year was to have a completely autographed book of wrestlers and wow I am on book 3.
