Hello,
Today I went to Pro Wrestling World in Allentown,PA. to meet
former WWF/E wrestler,former 2x NWA World Heavyweight Champion,former UFC
Superfight Champion and UFC Hall Of Famer Dan "The Beast" Severn!
Fans from both
the WWF/E and UFC came to see this legend. Overall,Severn is a very friendly
fellow who had some good stories to tell. I'll share this one with you. Dan told
us that during his first reign as NWA World Heavyweight Champion,WWF/E Hall Of
Famer Bruno Sammartino called him up. Bruno said to Dan "I heard a lot of good
things about you. It is good to see that the NWA World Heavyweight Championship
is around the waist of a man that can really wrestle and make the NWA proud!
Keep up the good work!" If Bruno had told me that,I would be beaming with pride
too.
I want to thank Dan "The Beast" Severn for coming to Pro
Wrestling World in Allentown,PA.! I want to thank Bud Carson of Pro Wrestling
World for having this event! I want to thank www.Wrestlingfigs.com for continuing to
be the best place to find out where your favorite wrestlers will be for
signings!
