Today, I had the pleasure of meeting wrestling legend Baron Von Raschke at PopCon Milwaukee. He looked great and was in great spirits. It was really cool seeing the other celebrities wanting to meet and talk to him He even put the claw on Hall of Fame pitcher Fergie Jenkins. Chicago Blackhawks Hall of Famer Bobby Hull was sitting near von Raschke and they talked about crossing paths on the sports scene in the late 1960’s. Von Raschke happily talked about his career, much of which was spent in the midwest area near Milwaukee.
Von Raschke and all of the other celebrities (including Jenkins, Hull and Pete Rose) will be there on Sunday, too.
