I returned to C2E2 on Sunday to meet a few more wrestlers.

Tony Feddeler and I started the day by meeting AEW wrestler Danhausen at the Pro Wrestling Tees booth. I have met him several times already, but he is always fun. We talked a bit about his dad Brian, an artist and author I met years ago. He signed Tony’s picture “To Fedhausen,” which gave us a big laugh.
I also caught up with PWT staffer and indy wrestler Chris “Big C” Castro. Several years ago, I worked with Chris at a now defunct Chicago wrestling company.
Next, Tony wanted a pic with Team Bestie. I was surprised both Lita and Trish called me by name as I approached their booths. They meet hundreds of people, but make everyone feel like it is a special moment.
After checking out other stuff at C2E2, it was time for photo ops. First was Trish, who immediately laughed and said “Welcome back Tony and John.” Again, that type of fan-friendliness makes Trish very special and what will keep fans like me returning to see her every time.
I had a solo photo op with Sasha Banks. I heard some complaints about her photo ops on Saturday, but I was happy with the encounter. There was a “no touching” rule, but we got close enough to make it a nice picture.
Last we got a photo with Naomi, who put her arms around us and pulled us in for a great photo. She was fun and sweet.
Mick Foley was also there, as was the Undertaker. I had met Foley many times and Undertaker once, but their lines were too long when I had free time, so I did not get to see them this time.
It was a great time at C2E2 all weekend. The wrestlers all had long lines but made the wait worth it.
