Hello,
Just got back from the Grand Opening autograph signing at the new Retro Fitness on Macdade Blvd. in Holmes, PA....
Our whole family had a great time... there was free food, a some inflatable play areas for the kids, free tours of the facility, and of course - wrestlers signing autographs for free!
While Tommy Dreamer wasn't rude or anything, he didn't seem especially thrilled to be there... quite unenthusiastic, but he did graciously sign anything that was put in front of him... I game him a Blu Ray copy of ECW: Unreleased Matches which he personalized for me..... I bumped into him later in the event and asked for a photo op, which he gladly obliged...
Jimmy Snuka was extremely nice! He gladly shook hands, took photos, smiled, and had conversations with everyone. He also signed anything folks brought for him.... I had him sign a JAKKS Classic Superstars figure, as well as a photo of himself with my wife from a meet and greet a few years ago.... when we finished up, Snuka whispered in my ear "You have a beautiful family!" Snuka was very cool!
Overall, it was a great event, well organized, and a really fun couple hours with the family. I would definitely recommend going to any of these Retro Fitness openings in the future!
