…..

Hi.

I attended the Carl Casper's Auto Show in Louisville, KY and met up with STING.

First of all, I arrived late to the show and he was only advertised as signing from 7pm-9pm. I got there at about 8:30. However, I soon found out that somehow it had already been decided that Sting was going to stay later, and sign until 10. He may have even signed a little past 10, I'm not sure. In any event, he was very nice, but also very quiet. I had a copy of the WWE-produced Best of Starrcade DVD and I had him sign the inside cover of it. He looked a little puzzled and asked (after he signed it) what exactly it was. I told him and he just kinda groaned when he learned that it was a WWE product. The way he seemed to feel about it, is that he didn't even know it existed. My friend, Daisy, brought a copy of "Ready to Rumble" to get signed and he joked with her saying that he had a hard time keeping a straight face while on set and that he hasn't signed or seen a copy of the movie in a long time.

The line moved extremely fast - like I said, I got there at 8:30 and even after being at the back of the line, I was done before 9, easily. The staff on hand was courteous as well and didn't hesisitate to keep the line constantly moving and they were very good at explaining anything that you needed to know. Definitely one of the easier, quicker signings that I've been to in recent memory.

I was going to meet ex-WWE'er Victoria, but due to me getting to the event late, I was unable to as she had already left by the time I got done with Sting. Oh well. Hopefully there will be another time for that.

- Jeremy.
