With more photo’s….
This was my first visit to an event held by George's Collectibles, and after today's experience, it will not be my last. The original building's power problems from the day before allowed George a day's notice to find a suitable replacement venue right down the block. He posted two people at the original site to redirect traffic to the new location, which was a great touch.
Once I got in, the lines were very well organized, and everyone around me on line was in a great mood. This event was not oversold, which is a tremendous change from some of the other shows I've been to. The fact that every personality showed up is another nod to George and his team, where the wrestlers felt confident in the show and its promoter.
Both autograph sessions started on time, and the wrestlers from the first session stuck around until each fan was able to get the signatures they were looking for. I visited his shop in between the two sessions, and he had someone answering phones and giving turn-by-turn directions to those who were looking to find the new location as well.
Just before the second session began, I had an unrelated personal emergency, and George himself saw to it that I was taken care of. For that, I owe him a huge note of thanks. However, even without this last minute first class customer service touch, I must say that I was extremely impressed with his efforts and I will absolutely be attending upcoming shows and appearances he hosts. I encourage everyone to visit at least one... you will not be disappointed.

Hi Georgie,
My buddy Jason, who won a free ticket to goto this event had a blast. He got me some autographs from the wrestlers as well. The one thing that stood out in my mind was that New Jack would not personalize the photo. Is he always such a party pooper? He asked him to make it out To Todd...that's it...nothing unusual. New Jack replied, "I'm not writing you a love letter." My friend Jason replied, "Oh well, it's for my friend Todd." New Jack then replied, "TOO BAD! Bye todddddd." He said this as if my friend Jason was me. What a smartass. I always wanted his autograph before but am probably going to just burn it now. New Jack is my new A$$ of The Month.

Dear Georgie,
Just wanted to give you a quick review of signamania
It turns out that they had to move the convention to another location last minute because their origional place had a transformer blow out.
They had a wonderful turn out. The way that they ran it was great. They had the Supertickets go first and get their stuff autographed. Then everyone got back in line for the photo ops. The Talent got up and stood for the pictures. After the Supertickets were done, then the General Admissions went through the same process. This is how a show shoud be run. All the talent had a great time, they were so approachable.
One of my high lites was when Cryme Tyme auctioned off one of the shirts that one of Georges Staff had on. They raised 5$ for Al Snow.
I can't wait for Signamania 2

Hi I know its a lot of pictures but I didn't want to leave anything out this is by far the best Convention I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of them all the guests where great took time with everyone and George just knows how to run a show.
It was very easy to get in and get all the autographs that I wanted it was truly a great day much better then the last few first time shows who got in over their heads.
I think George got just the right number of guest that he could handle with out a problem and he did I can honestly say I did not see one problem all day and that's almost impossible to say at one of these conventions.
I cant wait for SIGNAMANIA 2 but while I wait for that I will be going to Georges Collectibles next signing on November 3rd to meet Scotty 2 Hotty it should also be a good day.
