Brad Attitude saved Ric Converse from a post match attack by Garry Stevens however it looked to Converse like Attitude was the one responsible for that attack.

NOTES:
Brad Attitude made an appearance following Ric Converse's Weaver Cup first round match, calling out Garry "Madd Trucker" Stevens. Stevens pulled a classic "Pearl Harbor" on Attitude, hitting the ring from behind with a steel chair. "Slick Diddy" Ric Converse ran out and cleared the Trucker from the ring just as Attitude regains his senses to see Converse in the ring alone holding a steel chair.

AWA Championship Coordinator Michael McAllister attempted to cancel the main event as both Jesse Ortega and Xsiris were bandaged up from their previous encounter the night before at Friday Night Fights.  McAllister said they were "just like the fans as ringside that went out and got drunk and couldn't go to work the next day," only they were too banged up to compete and "ruined his main event."  Commissioner William L. Cross then entered to inform McAllister that he had just talked with AWA President Dale Gagne and he had suspended McAllister for 48-hours to review his recent actions and take into consideration the petition that fans had submitted to have McAllister fired from his position.  Cross then allowed Ortega and Xsiris to wrestle each other and granted the competitors a "no time limit contest" so that their could not be another draw and there would be a winner tonight.

Commissioner William L. Cross also made it official, that due to the huge success of the previous night, named Friday July 15th as the second CWF "Friday Night Fights" event for the Best of the AWA DVD series!
