RESULTS FROM CWF MID-ATLANTIC LIVE EVENT HELD ON MAY 12th IN GREENSBORO, NC

*** DYNASTY WINS TEAM SERIES, SELECTS XSIRIS TO FACE CONVERSE!

The following results are from the CWF Mid-Atlantic live event held
Saturday, May 13th, at the AC Fitness Gym located in Greensboro, NC.
All bouts are sanctioned by the AWA, the American Wrestling
Association.

1. Jake "Mr. Elite" Manning defeated Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's Davey
Richards by pinfall to advance to the second round of the 3rd Annual
Johnny Weaver Cup Tournament (13:18)

2. Team Dynasty's Joey Silvia defeated Team Converse's Xsiris by
pinfall (14:54)

3. Cham Pain w/personal assistant Ashley Walker defeated Chris
Guerrero by pinfall (9:06)

4. Team Converse's Jesse Ortega defeated Team Dynasty's Trent Wylde
by pinfall (9:14)

5. AWA Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Garry "Madd Trucker" Stevens
& "A Very Handsome Man " Mitch Connor won the Four Corners Tag Title
match (Stevens/Connor; Asaad Khalif/Corey Edsel; AWA Mid-Atlantic TV
Champion Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride/Tank Lawson & The $outh$ide
Playas J-Money/Will B. Smooth) by pinfall to retain the titles
(18:22)

6. Team Dynasty's "Simply" Steve Greene defeated AWA Mid-Atlantic
Heavyweight Champion "Slick Diddy" Ric Converse by pinfall in a West
Market Street Fight to win the best of three team series and the
right to select the next challenger to face Converse for the
heavyweight title on May 20th. (23:26)

Officials: Charles Richardson & Red Jones

NOTES:
Marcellus King interrupted Commissioner Cross during his opening
statements to read a letter from a fan about his heroic attempt to
rehab his shoulder injury. King once again appeared with his arm in
a sling.

Once again Xsiris played a pivotal role in the outcome of the main
event costing Team Converse the deciding fall.  The Street Fight
Match eventually brought out all members of the Team Dynasty and
Team Converse.  Xsiris grabbed a kendo stick and when he tried to
hit Joey Silvia with it, he "accidentally" struck Ric Converse.  The
blow from the kendo stick allowed Steve Greene to deliver his new
knockout maneuver and score the pin.

"Mr. Elite" Jake Manning notched the first win in the 3rd Annual
Johnny Weaver Cup Tournament.  Manning disassembled Pro Wrestling
Guerrilla's Davey Richards to advance in the 20-man single
elimination tournament.  Since moving from the mid-west to the Mid-
Atlantic, Manning has been on a tear and this victory certainly
solidified his status to the fans in the AWA.

Moments after celebrating the Team Dynasty series win, Steve Greene
announced that the challenger next week in Burlington to face Ric
Converse will be Xsiris!  The crowd was stunned to hear the
selection, as was Converse.  Xsiris seemed just as surprised as the
Dynasty members gave him the "thumbs up" and told everyone that they
would be in Xsiris' corner for the championship bout.

No one is for sure if Xsiris is really with the Dynasty but one
thing is for certain, Converse and Xsiris will face each other
Saturday night at the Carolina Sports Arena with the AWA Mid-
Atlantic Heavyweight Title on the line!
