NOTES:

This year's anniversary event was nearly sold out in advance!  It
was standing room only by belltime at the Carolina Sports Arena.
Commissioner Cross announced that CWF Mid-Atlantic had signed an
exclusive deal with the soon to open Highspots.TV to not only carry
the weekly television program, but also individual match downloads.
Highspots.TV's parent site, Highspots.com will also distribute a
full line of DVDs from CWF Mid-Atlantic.  Already available is the
incredible AWA World Light Heavyweight Tournament Triple Disc Set.
The anniversary event, BattleCade VI will be available the first
week of January.

By capturing the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship, Ric Converse
moves into the #1 ranked contender slot and retained the right to
face AWA World Heavyweight Champion Steve Corino on January 28th for
World Title.

Following the main event's decision, Team Corino's Ricky Landell
rushed the ring, entered the steel cage and locked it. Landell and
Stevens then pummelled the new three-time Mid-Atlantic Champion as
wrestlers from the back attempted to make the save. Landell pulled
out the AWA World Hwt. Title belt, rubbed it in Converse's face and
delivered a message to the fans, saying that Converse will never win
this belt.

Commissioner William L. Cross called out Brad Stutts before the
opening bell, demanding he pay the $5,000 fine levied against "Box
Office Draw" Mikael Yamaha at "Road To Battlecade" in Burlington NC.
Stutts paid the fine with a "Christmas check from mother" allowing
Yamaha to remain on the CWF roster.

After proclaiming he couldn't wrestle due to an injured arm, "Box
Office Draw" Mikael Yamaha offered manager Brad Stutts a Christmas
gift of a tennis racket and then both men beat down "Rock N Roll"
Matty Dee.

El Toro Rojo had apparantly won this year's Rising Generation League
Tournament Championship thanks to an assist from last year's winner,
Kid Justice.  However rookie Roy Wilkins quickly came out to explain
to referee Charles Richardson what had happened to Ultra Dragon.
Much to the fans delight, Richardson ordered the match restarted and
Ultra Dragon quickly scored an impressive win to capture the RGL
Title belt.

Fans also heard from "Mr. Elite" Jake Manning in a locker room
interview.  Manning informed the standing room only crowd that they
would be seeing a lot more of him in the future and that he was
going after the Mid-Atlantic Title.

Other debuting wrestlers include former World Jr. Hwt.
Champion "Tornado" Tony Kozina and the very popular cowboy, Bobby
Houston.
