NWA Anarchy Results – Cornelia, GA
NWA Anarchy results from Cornelia, GA, on July 7: In the first round of a one-night tournament to determine number one contenders for the Anarchy Tag Team Title, Seth Delay & Adrian Hawkins over Sex & Money (Caleb Konley & Andrew Pendleton), the Hollywood Brunettes (Andrew Alexander & Kyle Matthews) over Steven Walters & Derrick Driver, and the Urban Assault Squad (Nemesis & Shadow Jackson) over the Anger Alliance (Don Matthews & Brandon Phoenix); the finals were set up in a Texas Tornado Match, with UAS over the Brunettes and Delay & Hawkins; Truitt Fields over Rob Adonis; the Awesome Attraction (Austin Creed & Hayden Young) over the Hustle Squad (Mike Pittman & Nick Halen); Melissa Coates over Chris King; and Ace Rockwell over Chad Parham to win the Anarchy Heavyweight Title.
It was reported that there were more than 175 in attendance.  Tony Santarelli was in the audience, and was escorted from the venue by security for interrupting promoter Jerry Palmer during opening announcements.
 
Great American Wrestling Federation Results – Americus, GA
Great American Wrestling Federation results from Americus, GA, on July 7:
Steve Goins over Who Am I; the Street Bandit over Maxwell Chicago to retain the GAWF Georgia Heavyweight Title; Cobra over Jason Mathews to retain the GAWF Florida Heavyweight Title; and the Chi-Town Strike Team (Steve Goins & Maxwell Chicago) over Jason Mathews & the Street Bandit to retain the GAWF Georgia Tag Team Title.
A return card for Americus is set for August 4.  $1 from each ticket will be donated for the rebuilding of the Hospital of Sumter County
.
 
Great Championship Wrestling Results – Phenix City, AL
Great Championship Wrestling results from Phenix City, AL, on July 7: Frankie Valentine over Rueben James and Randall Johnson in a three-way match; John Bogie over Joshua Charles; DeathRow and A.J. Steele were both disqualified in their match; Scotty Beach over Shaun Banks to retain the GCW Heavyweight Title (Banks is recognized as Columbus Heavyweight Champion); Bull Buchanan over Johnny Swinger; and Chris Stevens & David Young over the Naturals to retain the GCW Tag Team Title.
Steve Miller was credited as being a referee for this card.  It was also reported that John Bogie is believed to have been legitimately injured in his match with Joshua Charles

Wrestle Birmingham results from Irondale, AL, on July 6: Dan Sawyer over Brian Murdoch; Adrian Street over Ricky Roberts; Anton Leveigh over Brandon Barbwire; Dennis Condrey over the Inhuman Fly; McNasty over Bull Buchanan in a lumberjack strap match; Mike Jackson over Daffney to win the Wrestle Birmingham Junior Heavyweight Title; Sonjay Dutt over Scotty Blaze; Diamonds in the Rough (David Young & Elix Skipper) over Bloodline (Michael Rayne & Billy Blade) to retain the Wrestle Birmingham Tag Team Title; and Samoa Joe over Rhino.
The attendance was reported to be approximately 300.  Michael St. John opened the show with a ten-bell salute to Sherri Martel, Nancy Benoit, and her son Daniel.  El Mexicano has been rehabbing the knee injury he suffered in April on the Graysville show.  He expects to be back in action in a few weeks.  Mike Porter for NWA Main Event was in the house.  Porter said his company has secured the use of the old National Guard Armory in Pulaski, TN, with their first show set for July 28.  Marx said the Wrestle Birmingham television show is doing solid ratings on WTTO Channel 21.  Marx has a meeting next week with one of the suits from the station.

Georgia Wrestling Promotions results from Waleska, GA, on July 8: Leatherface over Loco Motive; Crash & Burn over Chris Lightning & D.L. Norris; the Hillbillies from Hell over Sex & Money in a falls count anywhere match; Kory Chavis over Adrian Hawkins; Big Head Hanson over the Monster Maul in a dog collar match; Demolition As over Iceberg by disqualification; the Hollywood Brunettes over the Regular Guys to retain the GWP Tag Team Title in a cage match; and Slim J over Shaun Tempers to win the Southern Heavyweight Title in a cage match.

The attendance reported was 100.  Spanky Emerson, Marshall Law, and Chris Ganz were credited as being referees on this card.  The next card is set for July 14, with Chick Donovan being advertised.
