…..

June 1st: ROH would like to once more extend a gracious ‘thank you’ to the fine fans in Philadelphia that made our third set of National Television Tapings a success. Without the fans, none of this is possible and everyone at Ring of Honor is grateful for the support! ROH and HDNet returns to the Arena on June 19th and 20th to tape weeks 19 through 24 of Ring of Honor Wrestling on HDNet! Tickets are available now at www.rohwrestling.com!

June 1st: As announced earlier today on the ROHWrestling.com main page (http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/article.aspx?id=2832), a humongous tag team match has been signed for June 26th in Detroit! Bryan Danielson has only one very specific thing left unaccomplished here in Ring of Honor – winning the World Tag team Championship. And now he may have found the right partner. Should the American Wolves somehow withstand the challenge of Kevin Steen and El Generico in New York, the titles will be on the line in Detroit. Danielson and KENTA versus the Wolves on June 16th! This match will take place whether or not the Wolves retain! Get your tickets now!

June 1st: As he announced in person this past Friday in Philadelphia, “Nature Boy” Ric Flair has stepped down as ROH Ambassador to focus on his return to WWE. Everyone at Ring of Honor understands the situation, and wishes nothing but the best to an absolute legend in our industry. Don’t miss out on what could be your last few chances to see the “Nature Boy” in Ring of Honor! Good tickets are available for June 12th in Manassas, VA; June 13th in New York, NY; June 26th in Detroit, MI; June 27th in Chicago, IL; and July 25th in Toronto, ON. Visit http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/article.aspx?id=2737 for more information and autograph pricing!

June 1st: Former ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness did more than his share of “stirring the pot” at the past weekends television tapings in Philadelphia. Nigel, with his trademark smile and a new haircut, seemed to catch practically everyone off guard, leaving everybody he encountered wondering what is up his sleeve. One of the men who have been taken aback by Nigel’s actions as of late is Austin Aries. “I’m not sure what McGuinness is trying to do,” said A Double. “He’s going to be ringside for my World Title Match in New York against Lynn. He’s telling people he’s going to wrestle without saying one way or another whether or not he’s actually healthy enough to get it done. Then he shows up in Philly and it’s more of the same. Yet he’s signed to a match in Detroit. Well, if he’s healthy enough, and I’m not convinced he is, how about he signs for a match in Chicago? Against me. The greatest man that ever lived. If he’s not 100%, he won’t last against A Double and he can go about (expletive) in someone else’s pool.” ROH officials hope to have word from Nigel as soon as possible.

June 1st: The American Wolves put El Generico’s knee to the test in Philadelphia, and it isn’t looking good for the generic luchador. Generico was obviously not at 100% during either night of the HDNet Television tapings, and it caught up to him on Saturday. “We knew Generico was stupid, but NO ONE thought he was THAT dumb,” said Eddie Edwards. “To get into the ring with the best tag team in the world on a bum wheel – which we caused – is career suicide. And in two short weeks we have those buffoons in a ‘submissions match’? ROH might as well write out our checks for the winner’s share now.” Generico maintained that he will be ready for the Young Bucks on June 12th and the Wolves on June 13th.

June 1st:  You can now save 25% off your next order at ROHWrestling.com.  This sale is valid on all DVD's, live event tickets, apparel, & more.  For complete details along with the discount code click here:  http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/article.aspx?id=2215.

June 1st: Those in attendance on Saturday night in Philly saw chaos erupt as Eddie Kingston was able to get his hands on Chris Hero. Kingston has talked about his desires to hurt Hero on recent ROH Videowires, and the two battered one another throughout the Arena, catching HDNet film crews and security staff by surprise. There is no doubt that Kingston is bloodthirsty for Hero, while Hero has stated time and time again that the “last of a dying breed” is beneath him. Kingston has signed on to be at the next ROH on HDNet TV Tapings, but Hero will be out of the country competing for Pro Wrestling NOAH. One thing is for certain, whoever will be facing Kingston will feel every ounce of his frustration toward Hero.

June 1st: In addition to Eddie Kingston (6/20 only), we’re happy to announce the following talents for the next set of ROH on HDNet Television Tapings: Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana, Bryan Danielson, Nigel McGuinness, Tyler Black, Cheech and Cloudy, D’Lo Brown, Jay Briscoe, and Sonjay Dutt (6/20 only). We’ll have more talent and main event matches soon right here in the Newswire!
