August 18th: ROH begins a new chapter this Saturday with an event in Morristown, NJ at the famous Mennan Sports Arena. This is one of the nicest buildings ROH runs and there will be plenty of tickets available at the door. The competition is getting intense in ROH with spots on the line. There is no glass ceiling in ROH and now is the time for the next main eventers to break through. This Saturday is actually a double header. At 2:30pm is "Do Or Die V" featuring great talent like Azrieal, Jerrelle Clark, Jay Fury, Rainman, Claudio Castagnoli, The Heartbreak Express, Sal Rinauro, Sterling Keenan, John McChesney, Lacey, Sumie Sakai and many more. Tickets for "Do Or Die V" are only $5 and you are sure to see great action as these athletes compete for spots in ROH. 7:30pm will see the start of the night show that will include a double main event of James Gibson defending the World Title for the first time in an elimination three-way that includes Homicide and Spanky while Samoa Joe defends the Pure Title in a dream match vs. Christopher Daniels!!!

August 18th: On the surface it looks like the Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels match this Saturday in Morristown is simply a battle of two of the best going today for the Pure Title. However, if you look past the surface you'll see that there is so much more to it. With Punk gone and Gibson out of ROH as soon as he loses the World Title (whenever that may be), Joe vs. Daniels is also a battle for the icon and face of ROH. Daniels is a founding father of ROH. Joe built the company with his incredible title reign. These two wrestled once in ROH back at "Glory By Honor II" in 2003. Joe barely defeated Daniels in a great match. Now these two battle again and the winner will have bragging rights of being the icon of ROH!!!

August 18th: The violent Carnage Crew vs. Ring Crew Express feud will come to an end this Saturday in a weapons match. Anything is legal in this one and you can expect violence to reign supreme. ROH officials told both teams that they better settle their issue in Morristown because no rematch will be signed.

August 18th: Mick Foley told ROH officials that he was recently home watching a ROH DVD when he saw something that really upset him. Foley says he will take care of this matter and make sure that it doesn't happen in ROH again. Foley is set to return to ROH this Saturday in Morristown.

August 18th: There are still great seats available for ROH's return to Buffalo on August 27th. This will be your only chance to check out Japanese Dragon Gate stars CIMA and Shingo Takagi. This show is sure to have international ramifications when these exciting athletes come to the Northeast for the first time. The Japanese press and Samurai TV will be covering this event.

August 18th: Ace Steel was involved in one of the bloodiest incidents in ROH history last Saturday in Chicago. Chad Collyer and Steel were in the midst of a good back-and-forth match. The action spilled to the floor and Steel accidentally elbowed and knocked out a security guard. While Steel was checking on the security guard, Collyer nailed him in the head with a chair. Steel was immediately bleeding a gusher. Collyer then put a knocked out Steel in the Cloverleaf and the ref rang for the bell. You have not heard the last of Steel vs. Collyer as Steel wants to even the score.

August 18th: BJ Whitmer has just left for a tour of NOAH. It looks like the next ROH Tag Team Title defense by champions Whitmer & Jimmy Jacobs will be October 1st at the New Yorker Hotel in Manhattan. ROH officials are fine with this since Whitmer & Jacobs have defeated just about every regular tag team in ROH. We hope to have some new tag teams by October for the champions.
