…….

Georgie,
Today I attended my first Legend Of The Ring convention, and I was not disappointed. I can see why this convention has such a positive reputation. The staff was all very helpful and had an understanding of the event, which is rare to find these days. High quality 8x10s were available for purchase for a nominal fee. Many of them sold out within the first hour. As far as the wrestlers are concerned:

Rick Martel-A true class act. "The Model" is still in great shape and seemed very happy to meet his fans.

Tito Santana-Always a pleasure to meet.

*Mambo always runs an organized signing. He provided great 8x10s as well.

Sunny-Looks better than ever. She had a nice variety of photos available and only charged $5.00 an autograph/picture with her.

Tatanka-He is one of the nicest guys to meet. He thanked each fan that came up, asked how we wanted the autograph, stood up for pix, and was extremely sociable.

Beverly Bros-Quiet, but very personable and took an interest in what the fans were saying to them.

Lanny Poffo-An interesting person to say the least....

Bobby Heenan-The only sour grape in the bunch. He acted like he wanted to be someplace else. Many fans were complaining about how rude he was, zoning out the fans and just "going through the motions."

Slick-Very nice guy, talked, shook hands, etc

The Berzerker-He doesn't look anything like he used to. He looks to be in great shape, clean cut, and very talkative. He wrote "Huss" along with his autograph and did the classic Berzerker pose in the pictures. A+

Ron Bass-nice guy, wouldn't want to mess with him.

Lex Luger-I've met him several times before and he's always the same: very polite, asks your name, shakes hands, talks, takes an interest. He is one superstar I don't get tired of meeting. It's always a positive experience with "The Total Package."

Vader-recently had surgery and came in on crutches. He really made an effort to be there and joked around with many fans. Despite his discomfort, he was in good spirits.

Cowboy Bob Orton-Always a first class act when it comes to these conventions.

Traci Brooks-I had no idea who she was because I don't watch TNA, but she was very sweet and personable.

Tom Brandi-Same as Tatanka. Extremely friendly, thanked each fan, stood up for the picture, posed, etc.

Goldust-Another very friendly legend. He personalized the autograph anyway you wanted it, took time to talk, joke around, and best of all..was in the gimmick.

Bret Hart-Very busy to say the least. He was signing for the line out the door as well as the superticket line at the same time. He was quiet, but friendly and seemed happy to be at the convention.

Danny Davis-Looks the same as he did 15-20 years ago. Danny also thanked everyone that came up, posed for pix and was sociable.

*Jim Neidhart was the only legend who did not appear.
