MVP paid Sherri a visit, delivering a powerful hug, before heading back into the ring.

Sherri Shepherd got more action than she paid for at a WWE fight at Madison Square Garden.

The "View" co-host was cheering on tough guy and good friend MVP this week when the wrestler jumped out of the ring and gave her a quick one-on-one demo.

He playfully pulled a Yankees hat over Shepherd's head as he caught her in a bear hug — or  headlock? — before returning to his real match. Unfortunately, he was less successful in the ring, losing to powerhouse The Miz.

"MVP lost!" Sherri tweeted when her buddy went down for the count.  "What the heck's going on here at the WWE?"
