SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES is proud to add "Everybody's Favorite Girlfriend" Jessie McKay to the announced list of wrestlers who will be a part of our Volumes 33-36 DVD tapings on September 11th & 12th at the Eagles Club in Berwyn, IL.
Jessie McKay is one of the fastest rising young stars in women's wrestling today. The Sydney, Australia native has had a string of standout SHIMMER bouts against the likes of Cheerleader Melissa, Sara Del Rey, Nicole Matthews, and Tomoka Nakagawa, and continues to impress each and every time she steps into the ring.
Jessie joins previously announced talents SHIMMER Champion Madison Eagles, SHIMMER Tag Team Champions "The Canadian Ninjas" Portia Perez & Nicole Matthews, Cheerleader Melissa, Sara Del Rey, MsChif, Daizee Haze, Ayumi Kurihara, Nikki Roxx, and Daffney as those confirmed thus far for participation in the September 11th & 12th tapings.
Three front row seats remain available for Saturday, 9/11, and one front row seat remains available for Sunday, 9/12. E-mail shimmernews@yahoo.com right away if you are interested in purchasing any of the remaining front row seats. They will go to the first person to make payment on them.
General admission seating is still available for both days of tapings. Cost is only $20 per day, which covers the filming of two full length SHIMMER DVD releases each day.

SHIMMER Women Athletes returns to live action at the Berwyn Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL on Saturday & Sunday, September 11th & 12th, 2010. Volumes 33-36 of the SHIMMER DVD series will be filmed over the course of the weekend. Bell time on Saturday, September 11th is 2pm. Bell time on Sunday, September 12th is 1pm.
Already announced for participation in the tapings are: SHIMMER Champion Madison Eagles, SHIMMER Tag Team Champions "The Canadian Ninjas" Portia Perez & Nicole Matthews, Cheerleader Melissa, Sara Del Rey, MsChif, Ayumi Kurihara, Daizee Haze, Nikki Roxx, and Daffney. Over 20 of the top female wrestlers from around the world will be a part of the action.
Some front row seating for BOTH DAYS of taping has opened back up. If you're interested in front row for both days, please E-mail shimmernews@
They are available at a cost of $60 per day (+ $1 PayPal fee) each. Since we have so few front row seats left, in order to be certain we don't have more people purchasing tickets than we can accomodate, we have a process where you must first place a ticket request.
