Sitting In The Front Row Radio Interview with Julie Hart
On Wednesday, September 12th the debut episode of Sitting In The Front Row Radio with Ric Gillespie of http://www.canvaschronicle.com   and  Casey Trowbridge of http://www.combat-hooligans.com  featured very special guest Julie Hart, the former wife of WWE Hall-Of-Famer Bret ‘The Hitman' Hart.

Julie starts off by talking about how the process of writing a book has been an on-and-off project for the last 6 years or so. She talks about working on the book with her sister because they both have similar backgrounds, Julie is happy that her portion of the book has been finished.

The book is an autobiography and is Julie’s perspective on a lot of what she’s been involved with, including various members of the Hart Family.

Julie talks about what it was like to be filmed for "Wrestling with Shadows". She says that the confrontation with Triple H is still what many people remember most about her.

Julie doesn't think she would agree to be filmed on that level again but said that it was fun. She wished sometimes they'd just turn the cameras off, what would they do with footage of her basting a turkey anyway?

Julie’s work with humanitarian organizations is brought up, she does a lot of work to help those in third-world countries and has done some extensive traveling. She talks about a fund raiser she hopes to get off the ground soon and raise some money for her charity work.

In the interview which lasted just over an hour, Julie gives her thoughts on Owen Hart and Chris Benoit, tells the story of meeting Bret Hart for the first time and clears up the biggest misconception Julie says people have about their marriage and divorce. She also touches on why her own children are not involved in the wrestling industry.

Plus, a lot of interplay between Julie and the hosts that makes for good comedy.

My portion of writing this book is complete!

At 12:06 a.m. Aug. 23  I typed the last period of my life story. It was exhilarating, it has been purged, it has finally been cleansed. I no longer have to look, or remember, another story from my past. I feel as though a weight has been lifted from a heavy burdened heart that has carried this awful story around for more than ten years. I started putting it all together about six years ago and kept putting it off, and picking it up here and there. Funny how we become haunted by memories and the worst thing to do is avoid them. I find myself chuckling and looking over at my kitten saying, "I'm done, I don't ever have to do this again!" I walked up the stairs and threw my arms up in triumphant and said, "Jade, I'm done, kaput, no more, finito, goodbye memories!" and casually walked off to my room. I was expecting nightmares or something during the night, but nothing is left to haunt me. I have tried to write many endings and the best one is the 'Hall of Fame' incident. For me that had the most impact more than anything and it felt right to end it there. It is up to Michelle to take what I've written and finish this project. We do have more than enough to say its complete but we have to be sure. Then its shop around time. Thanks to all of my friends who have put up with my elusive behaviour, my temperament, my brush-offs, my on-line rants, "I'll get to it as soon as...." Phil Epp, Marc Floyd, Ryan Doyle, these three amigo's have been great friends during this writing process and I just want them to know, "Jules is back."
