Great Championship Wrestling results from the Gr8 Sk8 Plex in Phenix City, AL, on September 11: Orion Bishop over Kareem-Abdul Jamar; Scotty Beach over Mike Stratus, with Princeton Gailey III; Murder One, with Wicked Nemesis, over John Bogie; Sonny Siaki over Tex Monroe; Sonny Siaki over J-Rod to win the GCW Interstate Heavyweight Title; Micah Taylor & Bull Buchanan, with Tracy Taylor, over Johnny Swinger & Cru Jones. Before the matches, Taylor McKnight was interviewing GCW Owner Diane Hewes, wanting to know about the status of Quentin Michaels and Johnny Swinger. Michaels interrupted and was immediately fired by Hewes and dragged away by several wrestlers. Bull Buchanan also told McKnight that he is not finished with Cru Jones. Attendance was reported as 150.
