Also an explanation of why I’m online !!!And my rant against Con Edison…..

In the recent Star Magazine July 24, 2006 issue has a picture of Stacy Keibler in the Star Style & Error section.  Wide belts - The good, the bad and the totally unexplainable.
What I found odd is they list Stacy as the World Wrestling Entertainment star.
She is showing off her svelte bod with a candy red belt in LA on June 24.

There is also an article The New Lipo: Miracle Fat Zapper!
And they have a before and after photo of The Rock admitting to the Lipo.
The Rock's pecs are tighter.

After watching all the news this past week, I'm sure some of you are wondering how can I possibly be online.

With all of Astoria, Queens, New York without power for almost a week now, I am very pleased to announce, I have not lost power as you can gather.

I only lost the cable TV and online modem for about an hour or so when ECW was on.
I truly feel blessed, and the only reason we have not lost power, IMO, is because extensive work was done last year on all the electric cables in our area.

But I find it appauling that Con Edison has not updated equipment for years.  When the summer comes our bills go through the roof.  Mine was $200 for June and that was hardly using the AC.

Con Edison announced last night they have to go house to house to see what homes still have no power.
Is this 2006 or the dark ages??  Are they kidding us.

At first they told us only 2,500 people are without power, now that figure has been updated to 25,000.
Now on TV they announced criminal charges may be brought against Con Edison.

Mike Informer wrote me yesterday he just got his power back and was able to come back online.

Many neighbors and friends are still without power.
This is TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE.

I am very thrilled I have power, but my heart goes out to all those who still have no power.
And now with this horrendous weather (major thunder storms with pounding rain), it is not helping the situation.
Can you just imagine 100 degree days without air conditioning. rotting food, running out of ice, etc.

Horrific is the only word that comes to mind.
